"Despite this being our 4th visit to this hotel - tjere was no recognition of being a returning guest! We had 2 rooms booked - my room was covered in tjosands of ants in the bedroom and bathroom - it was unvlean and unhygienic- the reception changed my room and the sage did mot work - there was no welcome bottle of wine as previous years - as we were only booked 1 night we did no"

"Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."
