New 90m2 residential villa Colle Circeo 1 ° (1 km from beaches and "Verde Mare" plant), complete with every comfort, fully air conditioned (and equipped with heating in all rooms for the winter) and personalized by a typical Circeo furniture . Ideal for families with children and suitable for young and old. The property, newly renovated, is on two (2) levels and is composed on the ground floor of: a) large and bright living room with double sofa bed, fireplace, satellite TV, and with 10 internal seats for lunches / dinners and with access to the 40m2 porch and 300m2 garden; b) 1 new bathroom (yellow color in the picture) complete with shower; c) small bedroom for children / teenagers with 2 wall bunk beds ("Man Arreda" shop type for boys); d) brand new and super-equipped kitchen for any need with dishwasher and washing machine, oven, hob, etc. and adjacent to the 30m2 patio for breakfast / lunch / dinner. On the first floor there are: e) 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and built-in TV; f) new bathroom (light blue color in the photo) complete with shower; second bedroom with double sofa bed, 2 bunk beds (“Man Arreda” shop type for boys), TV, built-in wardrobe and balcony overlooking the garden and the Circeo promontory. The 300m2 garden, cared for weekly by the gardener, allows the internal parking of the car and has all the comforts with a dressing room and external hot shower. At guests' disposal 9 bicycles (6 for adults + 3 for children), ping pong table, canoe, beach tennis / volleyball in the garden. It comfortably accommodates 6/8 people.
The most famous beaches can be reached by bicycle in a few minutes as well as the Circeo Park in about 10 minutes and the town center. The price includes all consumption, first set of bed linen and towels for all guests, final cleaning. ONLY IN THE EVENT OF stays longer than 2 (two) weeks, one (1) midweek cleaning for each additional week of overnight stay.
The ideal place therefore for a relaxing and regenerating stay without depriving yourself of entertainment, shopping, boat trips and excursions.

Ottima scelta!

Il villino si trova in un complesso tranquillo e silenzioso ed in 3 minuti d'auto si raggiungono sia la strada principale con i negozi che il mare. La casa è molto curata negli arredi e negli accessori, il giardino è ben vivibile ed altrettanto il patio. Il proprietario signor Giancarlo è molto attento e disponibile, anche tramite la signora Paola in loco, a qualunque esigenza (mi raccomando i lettini!).

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg in questa villetta molto carina ... Il proprietario della casa è stato super gentile e disponibile per qualunque cosa... peccato che non abbiamo avuto l’occasione di conoscerci personalmente... speriamo in una futura esperienza! Grazie Giancarlo di tutto!!! Un altro punto di forza è la signora Paola addetta alle pulizie e all’accoglienza all’arrivo! È stata una persona davvero stupenda, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa persino a cucinare x gli ospiti! Grazie Paola del super fritto di pesce e le buonissime patate al forno!!! Grazie di cuore da parte di tutti noi!!!

Vacanza Fantastica!

Ho soggiornato per circa 20’giorni con mia moglie, mia figlia di 4 anni e mia madre passando delle vacanze stupende che nn dimenticherò facilmente!!! Il villino fa parte di un residence che ha un entrata indipendente con relativo cancello elettrico. Posto tranquillo e posizione ottima. Vicino al centro (circa 4 lm), a Sabaudia (circa 9) e Terracina (circa 13). Il mare dista circa 1 km ma lo stabilimento (verdemare), consigliato dal proprietario, non fa rimpiangere neanche questa piccolissima distanza. Il villino ha tutti i confort ed anche di più. Il proprietario Giancarlo ha avuto veramente buon gusto nella ristrutturazione (recente) ed ha pensato ad ogni piccolo particolare ed esigenza. Inoltre, la sua collaboratrice Paola è a dir poco stupenda !!! Bravissima persona a cui si può fare sempre affidamento e non solo .... perché è anche una bravissima cuoca !!!!!! Non so che altro aggiungere ... me ne vado via con la tristezza nel cuore ma con la speranza di ritornarci l’anno prossimo!!!! Grazie Giancarlo e Grazie Paola!!! Carlo Elisa e la piccola Elena !!!

Vacanza rillassante

Vacanza indimenticabile, Giancarlo una persona squisitissima non ci siamo potuti vedere di persona ma è come se fosse stato li, sempre disponibile appena interpellato via telefono, comunque ha una persona di sua disposizione in loco" la signora Paola " molto gentile e disponibile sempre una vera Host con le 5 stelle. La casa è molto bella e le foto che vedete sul portale sono veritiere....anzi dal vivo molto meglio. Tutta la casa é dotata di aria condizionata .....cosa di non poco conto , le camere spaziose e molto carine . La casa è dotata di un giardino curatissimo e di porticato dove è possibile godersi le serate all'aperto. Dalla casa sono facilmente raggiungibili le spiagge più belle del litorale ....in particolare quella di Sabaudia . Il prossimo anno torneremo senz' altro in questo piccolo paradiso ....p.s. in casa Giancarlo vi metterà a disposizione biciclette , racchettoni da spiaggia e tutto quello che serve per il divertimento in spiaggia come a casa.

Very cozy house with a quiet garden and a nice terrace

We very much enjoyed our stay at Giancarlo's house. The house itself was very cozy and nice. Even though it was extremely hot outside (almost 40 degr.) the temperature in the house was very comfortable. It was also very quiet at nights which is not typical for Italy:) Giancarlo was always very friendly and ready to help, he also has provided us with bikes we could use throughout our stay, as well as table tennis, net for volleyball and other sporty activities in his garden. Also a special thanks to Paola who was also ready to help whenever we needed her! In the house we could find everything we needed, the kitchen is quite well equipped. As the main improvement points I would highlight the lack of information on the surroundings (for ex. where is the closest supermarket/cafe/restaurant, how to get to the next city, how to reach the place from the airport if you are not planning to rent a car etc.). The place is very easily accessible by car but not by public transport. All in all, a huge thanks to Giancarlo, it was a wonderful vacation.

Es ist ein sehr gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage . Viel Platz für mehrere Leute!

1. Ein sehr netter vermieter , der sehr um das wohl seiner Gäste bemüht ist! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, von Freizeit(Tischtennis , Fussball , 4 Fahrräder , Volleyball , Badminton)! Ausserdem 2Fernseher, Geschirrspülmaschine , Waschmaschine , Backofen und Mikrowelle! Man hat mehrere Terassen zur Verfügung! Ausserdem ist das Haus in beiden Etagen mit Klimaanlage! Es besteht auch die ParkMöglichkeit im abgeschlossenen Grundstück! Zum Strand sind es ca 1300m, mit Fahrrad kein Problem! Man ist also sehr privat. Das Objekt war ein voller Erfolg und ein Glücksgriff! Es ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, vor allem auch Familien mit mehreren Kindern!

Perfekter Badeurlaub - Im November!

Giancarlos Haus liegt in einer kleinen abgeschlossenen Wohnsiedlung mit etwa 10 meist sehr schönen Häusern, etwa 2 Kilometer vom Meer entfernt. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist durch den Gemüseanbau geprägt. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und mit allem denkbaren Komfort ausgestattet. Es war Alles da wie beschrieben und noch mehr, von der funktionierenden Heizung (im November sehr angenehm, wenn man diese am Abend für ein paar Stunden einschalten kann) über die komplett neu eingerichtete Küche und die zwei Badezimmer mit sehr gut funktionierenden Duschen bis hin zu den ausgezeichneten 4 Fahrrädern. Das Einzige was wir in dieser Woche im Haus vergeblich gesucht hatten, war eine funktionierende Fahrradpumpe - aber kein Problem für künftige Mieter, jetzt hat Giancarlo eine richtige Fahrradpumpe :). Einige Häuser in der Siedlung sind offensichtlich ganzjährig durch die Eigentümer bewohnt - man fühlt sich also auch im November hier nicht verloren. Wir sind in diese Gegend gefahren, weil hier der Kultfilm "Man spricht Deutsch" von Gerhard Polt gedreht wurde. Wir haben jedoch gelernt - und es hat uns sehr gefreut! - hier spricht kein Mensch Deutsch. In den 7 Tagen haben wir ein einziges Auto mit deutschem Kennzeichen gesehen! Paola, die uns empfangen hat, konnte 3 Wörter Deutsch und 3 Wörter Englisch und wir konnten 3 Wörter Italienisch. Das war aber kein Problem, denn Giancarlo spricht sehr gut Deutsch und seine Tochter Alessandra (12 Jahre) spricht fließend Deutsch. Bei Rückfragen wegen der Technik im Haus haben wir einfach Alessandra angerufen und im Nu war Alles geklärt. Giancarlo könnte vielleich noch die Fotokopie eines Ortsplanes im Haus hinterlassen. Wir haben 4 Tage gebraucht, bis wir den kurzen Weg zum Badestrand in San Felice Circeo entdeckt hatten. Urlauber findet man Ende Oktober / Anfang November kaum mehr in dieser Gegend - aber die Region ist keineswegs ausgestorben - es ist die Zeit in der die Einheimischen unterwegs sind - die richtigen Italiener. Besser hätte der Urlaub kaum sein können. Danke Giancarlo und Alessandra :)
