「Wohlfühlen pur. Bis ins kleinste Detail abgestimmt. Ambiente wundervoll, Essen und Blick nicht zu toppen. Auf den Betten schläft man wie auf einer Wolke. Das Personal ist nicht nur fähig, sondern jeder hat diese besondere Fähigkeit auf Menschen einzugehen und sich zu kümmern. Ich könnte noch ewig weiterschreiben. Dieses Hotel ist Wahnsinn. 「Der Transport vom Flughafen zum Hotel Tigaiga war sehr schlecht. Wir wurden am Tigaiga Suite abgesetzt (ein Kilometer vom Hotel Tigaiga entfernt und bergauf mit schweren Koffern. Zurück dasselbe. Reklamation beim Transportunternehmen Fehlanzeige.」

「Really good location and only a short walk to the bus station. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Puerto , there was something for everyone to eat and very good quality. The building was very clean and had great WiFi . I’ve been here 3 times now and will be booking again in the future.」

Les commodités de l'hôtel étaient très bien (piscines, salle de sport, bar, tennis...). Le personnel est très sympathique et très professionnel. Les équipes de la réception sont adorables. Le buffet est de très bonne qualité. Les équipiers de cuisine et de la salle de restauration sont au top. Je recommande cet hôtel.」

「First holiday away since a heavy spine surgery. Staff were welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, kind. Recommendations to local attractions and explainibg how the taxi and bus system works (titsa app) allowing me to save money on travel and take the scenic routes. The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean. Hands down, the best hotel i have stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone!...
