Welcome to your serene getaway at our premier condominium #404, where luxury meets comfort, wrapped in the warm embrace of a sun-soaked retreat. This is not just any vacation rental; it's a haven with three elegantly appointed bedrooms, each a sanctuary of peace and privacy with en suite bathrooms that sparkle with modern finesse. The living area, decorated with a tasteful touch, invites you to relax in a space that feels both grand and intimate. A fully equipped kitchen awaits those who find joy in culinary creativity, with top-of-the-line appliances that make cooking a delight rather than a chore.

Step outside and you're greeted with a beautiful landscape — sand and sea glisten under the sky, beckoning for a leisurely walk to the beach, a refreshing dip, or a lazy day lounging in the patio or balcony, watching children fly kites, gazing at amazing blue skies, red-orange sunrises and sunsets. For the golf enthusiasts, the promise of a picturesque golf course awaits, offering a leisurely escape or a challenging round, depending on your mood.

With a private garage to tuck your vehicle away, your stay promises the convenience and security you desire. Every detail, every furnishing, has been curated to ensure your stay is nothing less than perfect. This is more than a place to stay—it's a place to live, to laugh, to create memories that will linger long after you leave. So, pack your bags and head to our condo where your dream vacation awaits, fully furnished and ready for your arrival.

Outdoor grills are NOT allowed withing this community. You may grill at the designated BBQ stalls by the beach within the community.

This rental comes with 6 pool passes only. Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

No off-road vehicles permitted in this community. Exception made for race teams.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.

It was great house was beautiful, but the night before our last f day we had a leak from the shower upstairs to the kitchen, I sent a email nobody answered I had to keep mopping the floors and there was no towels in the bathrooms or extra sheets but thanks
