Casa Talebi is a stylish vacation rental home situated in the beach section of El Dorado Ranch, San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico. This is one of the few homes with in-house WiFi

Step in the front entrance and you are welcomed by the living room which exudes a modern-contemporary vibe.  The sofa and couch are all very comfortable.  A flat screen with with Dish TV connection as well as DVD player are all available for your entertainment.

There are 3 big bedrooms.  Starting with the grandiose master bedroom - wakeup in the morning and pull back the curtains and you enjoy magnificent views of the 18-hole golf course, which, in case you are wondering, is the only golf course in San Felipe.  Discounted rates apply for Casa Talebi guests.

The master bedroom features a mini-living-room section which has a couch plus flat screen TV hooked up with Dish TV.  And yes, master bedroom has a private bath - his and her sink, tub and shower are all included.

Second bedroom has a queen bed to comfortably sleep two guests.  There are superb views.  Third bedroom has two bunk beds to ideal for sleeping 4 guests.

The maximum accommodation of this property is 8 guests.

As seen in the pictures, the open floor design connects the living room to the kitchen. The kitchen is very spacious and has a kitchen island with bar stools. All essential appliances are included - microwave oven, blender, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking range, etc.

Casa Talebi is great for entertaining as this would not be complete without a BBQ grill.  A charcoal powered BBQ grill is available on the back porch for creating some delicious meals.  Popular with guests is to go fishing and come back home and grill your catch.

Roof top access is available for guest use with nice views.

All guests enjoy access to swimming pool, tennis courts, private beach and much more.

NOTE:  Garage is not available for guest use.  However, there is plenty of parking outside and this is very safe courtesy of our 24-hour security.

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

NOTE:  Unfortunately, due to repeated violations of off road vehicle rules in La Ventana del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch, off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  If you do plan to bring your off road vehicles, you will be required to park them at a secure location by the gate at an additional cost of $10 per day.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
