Condo 214 is a beautiful two-level San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the prestigious El Dorado Ranch community. Step inside this stunning home and enjoy the sight of grandiose furnishings in the high-ceiling living room. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with a semi-island and wrap-around granite countertops. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a side-by-side refrigerator with an in-built water filtration system and ice-maker.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental features three big bedrooms. The ground floor has a master bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower-tub combo plus ample storage space. Head upstairs via the gently curving staircase and you will find two more bedrooms — a super large master bedroom with beautiful views and the third bedroom. The bathroom in the upstairs master bedroom is super impressive with its separate shower, bathtub, his-and-her double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo.

A three-car attached garage provides lots of parking space for your vehicles and any other gear you may bring to enjoy your holiday in San Felipe. Amenities available for your use and enjoyment include access to the private beach.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The resort will only issue 6 pool passes. Pool passes are issued by the resort directly to guests — the office closes at 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival.

This resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger. BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos, about a 10-minute walk away. Another option is to use the BBQ service of the on-site Pavilion restaurant.
