One Bedroom San Felipe Condo with Pool Access

This condo is located in a small condominium community, with a series of modern buildings surrounding a sparkling community pool. Each condo building has a sidewalk that leads directly from the building to the pool. From here, you’re just a short walk from San Felipe’s gorgeous beaches and short drive from the vibrant city center. This condo is located on the second floor and faces the pool. It has a single bedroom and bathroom, a gourmet kitchen, and a spacious living area.
 
When you enter the condo you’ll be in the main living room. This bright and open space is complete with beautifully tiled floors, leather furniture, and locally inspired artwork. This mostly white space has two additional chairs to accommodate extra guests. Guests can sit back and get comfortable in this modern space.

Directly off of the living room is the fully equipped kitchen. This modern space features custom cabinets, plenty of storage space to keep your groceries organized, and a large sink that makes cleaning up after a meal a breeze. The eat-in kitchen features a classic dining room table and seating for four. Enjoy a meal here together or use it as a laptop-friendly workstation. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, bakeware, and kitchen gadgets so you can cook as you do at home. Brew coffee in the coffee pot and enjoy it out on the balcony, or get take out from The Taco Factory and enjoy an easy and delicious meal at the dining room table. There is a flat-screen TV on one of the walls of the kitchen that can be seen from the living room. 

This home has a single bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo and an elegant vanity area. This is located just steps from the main bedroom, which has a Queen size bed and name-brand linens. This mostly white room has abstract art on the walls, soft lighting, and French Doors that lead out to the private balcony.  If you need more than the one queen bed, please bring an air-bed.
 
If you love to be outside, you’ll love the outdoor options that this home provides. There is a small balcony off of the master bedroom that looks out over the resort. This is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning or cocktails at sunset. Located a short drive from local grocery stores and restaurants, this impressive condo is the perfect option for families looking for the authentic San Felipe experience. Coming with a big group? There are many similar units located in the same community, so families can stay close together while still having their own space.

This rental has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.  There is one queen bed for two persons.  If guest bring an airbed, two more guests can be accommodated.  Airbed can be set up in the living room.

Swimming Pool is open April - October each year.  This period may be extended.  If you plan to use the swimming pool outside this period, please ask about availability.
