Sea of Cortez Waterfront

You won't find a better location in the town of San Felipe. Directly on the beach with private access to the sandy beach below. A retirement community, adults of all ages are welcome. This Condo is Tastefully furnished and private with unbelievable views. Make sure you have your camera, the sunrise and sunsets are amazing. Of course all the conveniences with wi-fi, Netflix and Prime. This is a secure setting with private courtyards and a garage for one vehicle. The pool is open mid May for swimming, the beach below known for it's sea glass and hot springs that are available at the lowest of tides. You'll walk into town to eat on the Malecon which has the best fish and shrimp tacos!
It's up to you if you want an active vacation or come to relax in this beautiful Oasis and enjoy life in a quiet little fishing village.

We had the most amazing time in San Felipe for our 20th wedding anniversary! Gail and Michael are amazing hosts. Michael took the time to show us around town which was super helpful since it was our first time visiting. The beach outside the condo is quiet. We enjoyed walking on the beach collecting sea treasures and relaxing on the patio listening to the sea and birds. We were about a 10 minute walk to the Malecon! We'll be back for sure!

Amazing gGem in San Felipe

This is a lovely unit in a quiet and peaceful complex on a private beach within walking distance of the Malecon.You feel like the only guests, and have a pool and hot tub at your front door. Beautiful sunrise on the Sea of Cortez to greet you every morning.We have stayed here multiple times and will be back!

Excellent Place, Excellent Hosts

The property was gorgeous inside and out. Clean and very well kept. Private access to the beach, and incredible views. Very luxurious.The hosts also really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, even giving us a mini tour of San Felipe and sharing some of the history and hidden gems. Can't wait to stay here again.

Lovely Spanish Villa

What a great place! Being so close to the water was amazing. And the location is really close to the main part of town but far enough to be really quiet. Well-equipped with everything we needed. Gail and Mike are very generous hosts. Unfortunately, I broke my foot while I was there. We couldn't find crutches, so I asked Gail where we might find some. Turns out they had a spare pair and let me take them home. What a gift and relief! They also let us borrow a yoga mat and block, and Gail was always very helpful and gracious when we had questions. Something to note: Those who prefer a completely closed standard door for bedrooms and bathrooms may not care for the barn door style on all internal doors, including bedrooms and bathrooms. And in the main guest suite, a large floor-to-ceiling cabinet separated the bedroom and bathroom, but no door. These things didn't bother us at all and we had a lovely stay, but sharing in case it's not someone else's cup of tea. Since I broke my foot, we didn't get to do the exploring we had planned, so we're going to visit again for a redo. And we intend to stay at this place again!

Perfect quiet retreat

We planned this stay months ago and it came at just the right time. We've been dealing with alot of medical issues with elderly parents for the last two months. Little did we know that this property would be our R & R time. It was quiet, beautiful , tucked away from any hustle and bustle and just what we needed. My favorite thing was sitting at the window seat and watching the sunrise over the ocean. Spectacular! Michael was spot on with all of his recommendations for food and even E-bike trails! Thank you. We feel like we have new friends in San Felipe!

Absolutely stunning condo with beach front location.

We spent 18 days in San Felipe and loved it! Gail and Michael were fabulous hosts and their property is fantastic. The pool area is lovely and the ocean views are unparalleled. Michael gave us numerous tips on where to shop, dine, etc. The unit is beautifully decorated and an amazing home away from home. Would absolutely love to return. Amazing!

You can't go wrong with this property! The hosts are fantastic and the condo and location are total perfection. We wanted to stay forever! Very close to restaurants and the malecon, but quieter. We booked unit 8 originally, but our host moved us to #7 when they discovered that my husband was disabled. Their thoughtfulness was very appreciated. We both agreed that this property and these hosts made our vacation great!

Fantastic Get-Away

Beautiful place with a breath taking ocean view. I felt like we were in a home, with all the amenities vs booking a hotel. Easy to get to, not far from downtown, and so peaceful, private and quiet! We felt very safe staying here, and the owners were welcoming and very nice. A garage for your vehicle, kayaks to rent, and a beautiful swimming pool were just a few of the perks.... We will be coming back here and soon!

Relaxing refreshing waterfront stay

This was the second time we stayed at this property and my husband and I said we’ll be coming back for years to come. The property itself is located very near to the main strip in San Felipe and has all anyone needs for a relaxing getaway. We love this particular unit as it is on the waterfront and has a comfy balcony area to sit and enjoy the view. The hosts communicate extremely well and are very hospitable! From the reservation booking all the way until we drove out of the property it was perfect. The condo is gorgeous, and the view is breathtaking. Property is super close to all the action but far enough away to stay quiet and peaceful. Absolutely amazing. A must stay if you are in the San Felipe area.

Super home. Super host

Gail and Mike are amazing hosts. They live on site and are always there to help without being intrusive. We really felt at home. The condo is beautiful and so tastefully decorated. The mattresses are perfect. The place is clean and well equipped with plenty of thick towels, lots of hangers in the closet. The best part is the terrace overlooking the sea. The view is spectacular. I will definitely be back again.. incredible sun rises, worth getting up for.

Best place in San Felipe!

My husband and I had the absolute best time staying and Gail and Michael’s home. Pictures and description of it are accurate but in all honesty, it is even better in person. First off, Michael and Gail are amazing hosts and they gave us some great info on San Felipe as well as wonderful places to eat. Their home has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable. We WILL be back very soon and we WILL be staying with Gail and Michael.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

Had the opportunity to spend some time here with my girlfriend and kids for a small birthday celebration. We were very happy with location. The condo is beautifully decorated and just steps from the beach. When we arrived Michael and Gail had gone out and placed a small flower gift for my girlfriend which was a nice touch and totally unexpected. Location was secure, close enough to downtown but not to close. Beach is accessible to locals but you still had a good part of the beach to yourself. Balcony opens straight into sea of cortez which is awesome. I would recommend this place to friends and family and we definitely plan on returning. Gail and Michael thank you. Rigo
