“The staff Maria and Mary where wonderfull. The area was located in the historic center and there were plenty of taxis which can take you to El Panecillo and the teleferico. ”

“Hi highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel near Old Town Quito. Mario and Blanco were fantastic hosts from helping us during our very late arrivals, to a wonderful breakfast each morning, helping us with suggestions on where to go in Old Town, making our dinner reservation & transport to the airport. All were perfect! ”

“Nice updated traditional building. Kitchenette in our room. Breakfast food provided. Excellent staff; friendly, attentive, hospitable. Close to old Quito, but area not as busy. Would stay again. ”

“Hotel Casa Ecuatreasures was a wondeful place to stay for our visit to Quito. It is located in a great spot to explore the old town on foot, with easy access to the basilica as well as the various plazas and many places to eat and shop. However, the true highlight is definitely the manager Hernan! He is a warm and lovely host that is full of knowledge and is eager to help you enjoy Quito. The breakfasts were also very nice, local cuisine with fresh fruit juices. Highly recommend!”

“Beautiful rooms; beautifully appointed. Great location in the middle of Quito. Outstanding staff who went out of their way to do things for us. Truly a boutique hotel. ”

“A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.”

“I was there 3 nights, then came back for 5 more. It is a lovely hotel, staff is great, and rooms are super comfy. Not to mention the fact that the house is absolutely beautiful :)”

“This is a beautiful hotel that is spotless. The environment is amazing, but the people who attend to you are even more so. From the moment I was picked up from the airport until I was driven back, I experienced the greatest of hospitality and care. Everyone is so informed about the city and country which assisted greatly in planning excursions. I loved this experience and all the people that cared for me and made me feel at home. ”

“The breakfast was great! A different fresh juice each morning, a croissant, granola and yogurt, with a small bowl of fruit. Coffee & espresso was also great! ”

“The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast delicious. This hotel was also in as great location! You have to use common sense at night time because the area becomes a little unsafe, but it’s perfectly fine during daytime. ”

“This hotel is beautiful. The room was very comfortable, featuring premium sheets and towels. One thing to note is that there is no elevator. This wasn’t an issue for us, but if you have trouble with stairs, be sure to request a ground-floor room.”

Reception staff helped gladly with toyr recommenadions and irganization. For me this place was maybe not a luxurious 5 star, but it certainly felt like 5 star treatment. Thanks everybody 🙏 you made my stay in Quito memorable.”

“Casa San Marcos hotel was amazing! Such beatiful building ( was build in 1702) with all its antiques, arts all over and modern amenities for very special and unique stay.
We felt we were staying in a castle two centuries ago though with all the modern day comfort and luxury.”

“The location is good and near to the attraction points. The front desk people is nice and very helpful. When we left in early morning to the airport (around 6:00am), they prepared take away breakfast for us even it's just simple fruit, biscuit and drink. We felt very warm and the service is over 5 stars hotel. We recommend to all if you're going to Quito.”

“Loved the hostel. Has the historic rustic vibe. Have daily events and walking tour on board schedule. In or around the old historic town. Not walking distance from your typical Holiday Inn and restaurants but closer to the typical Ecuadorian life style and food. Its like a maze inside the hostel with creaking wood floor.”
