New and Cozy upper unit setting up for Airbnb guests! This 1200 sqft house has Three Bedrooms with four Beds and Two bathrooms upstairs. Everything is new and setting up for you. Great for family gathering, vacation and short stay to visit San Francisco.
Location: Near bus stop. 1 mile to Colma Bart Station. 15 minutes to San Francisco Airport. 5
Full Kitchen, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, K-Cup coffee machine with K-cup, Tea, Internet TV, Wifi, Paper towels, toilet paper, bath towel provided.
The space
There's separate rooms in the lower floor occupied by the main host. If any questions or problems, I am here to assist you. Otherwise, no one going to bother you at all time during your stay.
Guest access
Guest can park one car in the garage and one more car on Driveway. Street Parking also free.

Nice house!
This was a great place to stay for visiting San Francisco. Close to all major attractions, but slightly outside of the city. The house was perfect for 3 adults. It was nice having a garage to park in! Highly recommended!

San Francisco family trip approved.
We stayed here during a family trip to Northern California while we explored the San Francisco area. Compared to other neighborhoods, this one felt safe. We were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen and frozen pizzas one night for a late supper after being downtown all day. The only improvement would have been to have a fan available, but that’s because it was unusually hot while we were there and the property does not have air conditioning. The property was clean and check in and out was very simple.

Great home in the heart of Oakland
The host was very communicative and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. We had six adults and there was more than enough room for all of us. We left our car at the rental and took a ride share into the city. It was not that expensive each way. Way cheaper than replacing our windows and paying for parking lol

Clean and comfortable
Huaijing’s home was very clean and communication with him was excellent. He was very quick to reply and offer any assistance if needed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Love the fact that there is a noise curfew especially after a long day. Will definitely stay here again
