Amazing little spot

This is a really great little spot in the city. Convenient, safe, and easy to access. Wonderful quaint coffee spot directly up the street. Lovely, responsive host.

A nice comfy stay!

Enjoyed the elegant simplicity of the unit, it's location - overall very nice stay. The VRBO mobile app was not functioning during my stay, which hampered timely communication.

Fairly quiet and great shower

The property is well located for walking anywhere; the bed very comfortable; the shower is amazing. The place frequently had an odd smell which dissipated with open windows. I recommend this property highly.

Brits on San Fran Stay for son’s wedding.

Excellent property in beautiful area, convenient for most places. Owner helpful and efficient, without being intrusive. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood and meeting the friendly locals. There were not a large number of eateries nearby, but that is not the fault of the property owner!

Perfect spot for 2 in Pacific Heights

Safe quiet neighborhood. Pristine condition. Great decor. Comfortable king size bed. Fantastic water pressure in shower. Fireplace knocked the chill out of the SF air at night. Host was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. 2 thumbs up!

My Favorite Place in SF

This was my third stay, and the studio has become a home-away-from home of sorts. Always immaculate, warm, comfortable, and well-stocked. The Best sleep ever with an excellent bed and floor-to-ceiling blackout curtains. Thank you, Springer. See you next time!

4 Days in SF

Wonderful property, very safe area and clean. There are several door/security measures to insulate your property. We rented a car and parked it out front overnight with no issues. Walking distance to Presidio, short drive to GGB/Palace of Fine Arts. Bed is very comfortable. Despite being an uncharacteristically hot week in SF, the apartment stayed cool. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to explore San Fransisco!

We loved staying in this amazing property. Clean and super comfy. Gorgeous high ceilings, a cozy fireplace and plenty of room. Communication with Springer was easy and quick. One caveat, there are a couple of flights of stairs to get to this particular unit, but that’s to be expected on SF. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for six nights, and we had an amazing time! The suite was luxurious and beautifully designed. Ms. Springer was a wonderful host, and her communication was clear, friendly, and very responsive. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the rain shower had excellent water pressure, and the table by the window with its beautiful view was perfect for breakfast. The location was ideal for exploring San Francisco, and the area felt very safe. The suite was also close to grocery stores and restaurants. We were able to walk to the Presidio, Golden Gate Park, and Land's End National Park for breathtaking hikes. We were so happy we chose to stay here and hope to return next time!

Beyond Expectations

I have never stayed in a more beautifully appointed suite in any luxury hotel in the world. It’s so San Francisco! I’m familiar with the neighborhood but even if I hadn’t been, it felt safe for a woman in her seventies traveling alone. Springer is a friendly, organized and very helpful host. Nice quiet neighborhood
