Hello I live in Cheerful-House for over 20years. I am currently live in ground floor with separate entrances and I do not share any of the space during your visit. I can be easily reach from text. In any case of event you need my assist i can be there in reasonable time. Surprisingly Quiet - Cute Place
We only stayed a weekend to be close to my brother's house for his 50th birthday weekend. The house was as advertised and the owner was very communicative. For being as close it is to a main street, it was very peaceful.

Great location. There was plenty of street parking plus a space in the driveway. The area is very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the house is very clean. Communication with the host was also seamless.
