Not as advertised

The unit was much smaller than advertised. There was also a very close neighbor who lived on the property who kept walking by the windows. My wife fell ill and we left a day early. Whe I contacted the owner, I was told that I needed to ask for a refund through VRBO. I could not find anyplace to ask for a refund, so I am asking for one now.

Very Dirty

This place was very dirty I couldn’t believe it! There were multiple hairs in the bed, small ones and large ones. They obviously didn’t wash the sheets. The whole place was dusty and dirt was all over. I think they wiped the toilet down and that was about it. There was a giant sticky spill on the ledge next to the bed that had not been cleaned up before we arrived.I wish I could add pictures. The location was where we needed to be, which was nice. I would not stay there again. I was disappointed.

This host scams people, disgusting apartment

My wife and two daughters stayed here for a couple nights in April 2025. We had to reach out to the host on the day of the stay because they had not sent us any instructions for checking in. The apartment appears to be a poorly converted garage. There were bugs everywhere in the apartment. There were poorly installed heaters in the two bedrooms that looked to be a fire hazard. There were no functioning smoke detectors or CO detectors. The host waited until almost two weeks after we returned from our trip to inform us that we somehow damaged a doorbell on the property. They charged us an excessive amount even though we damaged nothing on this persons property. AVOID STAYING AT THIS RENTAL UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A SCAMMING HOST WHO WILL MAKE FALSE CLAIMS AGAINST YOU.

Spacious, Well-Stocked Stay in Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was an incredible value for the size and location—perfect for visiting family in the Richmond. It was clean, stocked with all the kitchen essentials we needed, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Functional Unit in Great Location

My partner and I recently stayed at this 2-bedroom in San Francisco's Richmond District. The location is its strongest selling point. We loved being within walking distance of both Golden Gate Park and Lands End, which gave us perfect opportunities for after-work walks and stunning views of the bay.Public transportation was accessible with convenient bus lines on both Geary Blvd and Balboa St, and street parking wasn't an issue. The neighborhood offered plenty of dining options within easy walking distance.The two-bedroom layout worked fine for our needs, however, we were disappointed by the cleanliness - a few areas hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. Bottom line: this spot is perfect for someone who plans to be out exploring in the city for most of the time and just needs a convenient place to sleep.

Superb location and many conveniences nearby. The property could use a thorough cleaning. The kitchen and bath could use an updating. That said, it did have all we needed and worked out well for us.
