Needs some deep cleaning

Overall is fine, the smell in the house is bad, like very very old carpet. Also, the property should replace cookware and glassware. It’s just unacceptable for this money. All old and badly scratched, only one pan and in terrible condition, we couldn’t use it! The beds are clean and nice. It could use a remodeling, or at least a deep cleaning.
