Home use is limited to number of people on reservation unless otherwise pre-
agreed to by guest and owner for specific times and dates. No parties are allowed.

The space consists of consist of 1500 sq ft 2 bedroom two bath and large deck, living room and kitchen (very large space).

Exposed steel beams add to the charm and make you feel safe. House is in a sunny location. You will lack for nothing. This equals a 5-star hotel with more space at half the cost. Great location: SOMA. The spaciousness gives you room to have many different group conversations in many different places within the house and back deck.
