The private accommodation includes two warm and bright bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, and a deck for relaxation. Perfect for a group of 1 – 4 people as we provide FREE PARKING SPOT.

Amenities:
We provide Free Wifi, Free Fire TV, Free laundry (Washer and Dryer), Free bottled water/coffee/tea, Free snacks. All bedding are made by smooth, comfortable, and natural cotton! NO kitchen, only light and simple cooking appliances in the dining area, such as coffee pot, microwave, toaster, oven, fridge, and induction cooker.

*Please clean up after yourselves after using the tableware and appliances, and NO food or drinks on the beds.

Travel Routes:
A quiet and safe neighborhood with your own private entrance. 2 min DRIVE away from 101/280 Fwy, 12 min to SFO and Chase Center, less than 20 min to Oracle Park, and 20 min to Downtown SF. Walking distance from restaurants, supermarket, the Muni T-llight-rail, and the 8, 9, and 29 bus stop.

T light-rail - Golden Gate Warriors Chase Center, Giants Stadium Oracle Park, Downtown SF, Chinatown, Financial District, transfers at Union Square station to City Hall, Castro, Fisherman's Warlf & other popular attractions.

Things to Note:
1. Vintage building; The Thermostat on the second floor controls the central heating. Heater starts automatically once temperature falls below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Please ask me for more instruction/information if you need heating, or electric stove.

2. PSA: Park VERY carefully. In downtown San Francisco, car break-ins are very common around attractions and unguarded parking lots. Be sure to not leave ANY valuables or suitcases in your car. You will NOT get any stolen items back.

3. STREET CLEANING: 9AM every Monday on our side of the street; 9AM every Wednesday on the other side of the street. 要记得及时移车. Please remember to move your car before street cleaning if you are parking on the street. The city is very on-time with their violation tickets.

4. We guarantee ONE parking space for our guests. If you have more than one car, there are street parking in the neighborhood.

5. We do not provide a kitchen, only a small dining room and dining utensils for light meal prep. 如果您需要电磁炉，请咨询房东.

6. Keep in mind that my listing is NOT located in the center of SF, nor is it close to the main tourist attractions like Golden Gate Bridge or Downtown. It is minutes away from SFO and highway 101/280, which will conveniently get you anywhere in the Bay Area and Peninsula. We have great services at an affordable price, hence the affordable rate. Consider this, at this price range, you will NOT find a listing in the center of SF unless you are willing to forgo either amenities, services, or living space. Please consider carefully whether you would prefer a better location or my lower price in San Francisco! Thanks!

7. 请不要在卧室里饮食。Please no eating/drinking in the bedrooms.

8. Please wash the pots, pans, dishes and coffee pots that you used in a timely manner. Please clean up the pots, plates, bowls, coffee maker, etc. after use.

9. 请使用被单（Please use the Flat sheets)！The Flat Sheets serve as a preventative to preserving our quality and beautiful duvet covers so we can better share our cultural heritage with you. Please use the flat sheets we've prepared for you as we wash the flat sheets every use rather than the blankets /comforters every time. We wash sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc. every time.

10. 外出请将房间里的灯关掉。Please Turn off the lights when you are going out.

11. The host's family is living upstairs, so is easy to communicate with or look for helping.
