“This place do not give it a miss my family and i usually go spain but this beats them all, amazing food,entertainment,and the facilties lile water slides different pools burger and unlitmed pizza before the crazy buffet with something new every night. Private beach which is kust so cool with a bar and access only for your hotel which makes you feel like a vip.”

“Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr auf vier Sternenniveau. Das Essen war solide, jedoch nicht kreativ und abwechslungsreich. Des Personal ist sehr jung und zu 100 % unmotiviert. ”

“Sehr schönes Hotel. Die einfache aber sehr zweckmäßig Einrichtung der Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und werden persönlich geregelt. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück und das Abendessen gefallen. Der Service war hervorragend. Die Getränke an der Bar waren preisgünstig und ein Weinglas war auch normal gefüllt mit einem Viertelliter.”

Les deux jeunes femmes à la réception sont charmantes, parlent parfaitement anglais, sont professionnelles et efficaces. Tout l'établissement est tenu de manière remarquable: les abords, les espaces communs et les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable. “Nous y avons passé 2 jours au début du mois de mai. Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel et le restaurant parfait parce que nous étions que 30 clients à l'hôtel, en tout et pour tout. Ce qui veut dire de la place au restaurant ou à la piscine, etc... Les tables étant pratiquement collées les unes aux autres dans les différents endroits (bars, salles de restaurant), en été cela doit être horrible. Question économie responsable : il va falloir oublier le plastique jetable et passer au réutilisable. Les menus……

“This hotel is part of a large complex of about six hotels. Half of which are closed. It is at the far end and is the smallest and closest to the beach. There is no pool so you have to use the one two hotels further along. There are plenty of sunbeds on local beaches and the terrace. The lobby is very attractive and our room, which had a large balcony, was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The food is plentiful but uninspiring - not dissimilar to motorway service area standard. The hot……

“I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel by a beach. ”

“The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia……

“I didn't like the fact it's on all-inclusive hotel but we didn't get anything all-inclusive nothing for the Shower Empty Fridge we have to ask for Tissue , broken bed head board broken Shower we check in on the 6th and the room didn't till the Wednesday the room only Clean when we check out ”

“We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned.……

“Great hotel, everything was perfect. Beautiful architecture of the building, 4 big and clean pools, tasty and fresh food. The pool bar has everything you wish for to drink and the barkeeper is very professional. The main restaurant for the all inclusive is high level gourmet. The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. The rooms are huge appartments, with kitchen and living room included, very clean, with a comfortable bed, a big balcony. I can say only positive things. Se loved our stay and we……
