「I loved the view from my balcony. Its right on the beach. There are several restaurants within spitting distance of the property. Its perfectly located if you want a relaxing beach get away. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop jacuzzi is so perfect late at night. Loved it here. Would totally stay here again.」

「I would not recommend this property. The manager is not interested in good customer service. Other than management staff was as helpful as they could be. The owners are awful people in my opinion.」

「It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...

I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner.
