Welcome to our spacious 3,500 sq ft hacienda, the perfect retreat for cooking enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike. At the heart of the home is a fully equipped professional kitchen with 12 burners, a dedicated compost disposal cutting board, and a dishwasher, making it a breeze to create culinary masterpieces. If cooking isn’t on your agenda, we’d be delighted to arrange a private chef for an interactive cooking class or to prepare your meals while you relax.

As you step inside, you’ll find beautifully crafted heavy wood furniture and a cozy indoor fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our spacious deck is ideal for early morning yoga followed by a refreshing plunge in the large pool, which you can access directly from the main deck, master bedroom, or even the master bathroom. While we’ve worked hard to maintain the pool, please note there are some stains—rest assured, they have been regularly repaired and pose no health risk.

Indulge in the luxurious master bathroom, complete with a soothing Jacuzzi. Although the house has air conditioning, we encourage you to open the windows and enjoy the delightful evening breeze.
The third bedroom is a complete unit with a kitchenette and a separate entrance or you can enter it from the main structure. Please notice one of the beds offered in this listing is a single kid size bed and the second is a couch.

For larger groups, we also have another cabin nearby that can accommodate 2–3 more guests on a king-size bed. This cabin also features an outdoor bathroom, located 40 feet away. Contact us if you’d like to book both cabins for a bigger group!

Gizmo and Luna, our friendly dogs, will be there to greet you upon arrival, adding to the homey feel of your stay. We also provide handmade soaps, fresh fruits, coffee, and drinking water to enhance your experience. For those seeking tranquility, enjoy yoga on our porch with breathtaking views of the Guatemalan mountaintops. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Together, we’re here to ensure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Our pool is 18 years old, and while some inevitable stains have occurred, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured, there are no health risks associated with using the pool.

Please note that we have two resident dogs who will stay outside and won’t enter the house. You may also hear the nearby howler monkeys communicating, adding a unique touch to your stay!
