“My mother can't do steps. Staff was not accommodating regarding a room change to a lower level and provided no rationale. My mother fell onsite due to an odd step located at the door to the room. I advised staff of this in 2 different messages, and no one acknowledged my messages or asked about my mother's status. Then they invited me to stay at their properties in Mexico City and other cities in Mexico. Avoid this hotel chain.”

“I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical……
