「Location, having kitchenette and big rooms. Floors were dirty not clean building from inside looks old with ceiling plaster falling off. Dead bugs were in the room.」

「My circumstances regarding my situation call for exceptions to “policy” and my rating is not due to policy per se but because I think there was very little customer service. The person at the late night window had a very detached level of concern and sadly a true lack of empathy. I may be aging myself but customer service requires the server to help the customer… basically problem solve, think outside the box, call someone, and/or at least smile. I had chosen this location and establishment...
