"Excellent location with BLS access, clean and comfortable! Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the BLS pool and lake one day, then Lake Alpine and Stanislaus River the next day. Updated appliances and deck furniture, a great stay all around!"

"The property had ample space for our group of 11 to sleep, relax and have fun. The large kitchen is a bonus when traveling with a group as big as ours. The kitchen had many items you might need for your stay, but the rest of the house seemed bare-bones. For instance, there was one extra pillow we found, random ancient bottles of conditioner, but no soap to be found except for hand soap, and no beach/outdoor towels. The house needs a very good scrub down: there were food crumbs in the cutlery drawer and dishes were put away still dirty, pink mold in the bathrooms, and the floor had other folks' hair on it when we arrived."

"What a wonderful place to stay! The neighborhood was so quiet and we really enjoyed the 2nd story deck with no access to below so our dogs could enjoy the deck without us being concerned they would run off. Would definitely stay here again!"
Family Cabin in Blue Lake Springs, Near Town!

"My bad in not renting a cabin with AC when summer temps were in the 90s. Despite running 11 fans, we were still hot. We also had brought our big dog, who we struggled to keep cool. The cabin's location is great, in the Blue Springs Lake community with many amenities including two private lakes, pool, pickleball, a restaurant, and much more. So close to restaurants in town and Big Trees State Park. The cabin is well-equipped and decorated with cute wall art. There is no open cupboard space to store food. Not sure how groups of 8 manage. It was nice that beach chairs and mat, and beach towels were provided."
