Villa Ventanas is an exclusive private vacation home with 4 bedrooms 4 baths that sleeps 12 comfortably, showcasing amazing views of the Sea of Cortez from every room. Situated amongst multi million dollar homes within the gated community of Rancho Cerro Colorado, you will find this community nestled between the One and Only Palmilla and Starwood's Westin Hotel. The house has recently been renovated to ensure that you enjoy all entertaining spaces inside and out.
Our secluded home is perfect for your entire family, a couples retreat or favorite travel group. Villa Ventanas boasts 5,000 sq feet of beautiful living space and 2,030 sq feet of breathtaking outdoor space. We offer 4 spacious bedrooms with a total of 6 beds that can sleep up to 12 comfortably, each with a full bathroom. If you are looking to stay in shape we have a fully equipped gym to meet your needs. You will absolutely love the many entertaining spaces inside and out. During the day find your place on a comfy lounge chair and watch the whales put on a show for you. At dusk grab your favorite drink and head to the upper terrace for the amazing sunsets, turn on the table fire feature and just relax while the Sea of Cortez glistens into the night.
You and your guests will have access to absolutely everything in our home. As they say "Mi casa es tu casa". We even invite your fur babies to come along with you*. They will be able to frolic in our secured fenced grass area made just for them. The chef of the group will love the enormous gas grill or we can arrange for a private chef to come and pamper you from our private chefs quarters. You won't even know they are there! We offer internet access so the working bees of the group will be connected the entire stay.
*Dogs to be 20 pounds or less and must be potty trained. Exceptions on a case by case basis.
Cody and I (Kelly) along with our house manager/head conceirge Carlos are here to make sure that your stay is an enjoyable one. Carlos will personally greet you upon your arrival to familiarize yourself with the home. He can be reached at a moments notice for any needs you may have such as pre-arrival grocery shopping, car service, car rental, private chef, tee times, dinner reservations, excursions, etc... Included in your stay our wonderful maid Marina will keep the home nice a tidy for you and your guests Monday thru Fri.
Located on the much desired Cabo Corridor in between the quaint traditional town of San Jose Del Cabo (5-10 minutes), where you will find a laid back atmosphere with amazing restaurants and the art district and the faster paced town of Cabo San Lucas (15-20 minutes). We are very excited to have the new Koral Center located directly across the street from the communities entrance. Here you will find El Merkado - 35,00 sq feet of restaurant heaven - it is inspired by the great marketplaces of Europe featuring two floors of gastronomic delight. Here you will also find Hospital H+ - the best medical facility in all of Los Cabos, boutique shops, Manoma spa, Moduvated Fitness Center, wine shop, organic food market, brewery and much more. You will also be located just 1 mile away from the Shoppes at Palmilla. You will find beach and hiking trails throughout Rancho Cerro Colorado and neighboring Palmilla.
I highly recommend renting a car if you plan to explore the area. Carlos can also arrange Car service.
