“Maria’s condo is a home away from home. Beautifully appointed and lovely grounds. Best part of the stay was discovering aqua fit classes are taught 3 times a week and are free 😊 (thanks again Debbie) Easy walk to old town and great restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. Highly recommend this condo. Ubers are plentiful and very affordable and super easy with the Uber app. Thank you Maria for hosting us and hope to stay at your lovely casa again.”

“The overall property and location were excellent and as advertised. However, being next to one of the main public beaches made for many loud and late nights. “My husband and I loved this property. The views were beautiful, it was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed, walking distance to restaurants and groceries, quiet and relaxing. The pools at the property were lovely too. We had the property manager arrange for transportation from the airport and had him do some shopping for essentials prior to our arrival. “My sister and I enjoyed our stay immensely in San José del Cabo. The condo was large and the view and sunrises were stunning. A few things to note: 1) the condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator (pack lightly!); 2) there is filtered water via the kitchen, so no need to worry about bottled water(s); 3) bring your own binoculars because there are migrating whales (mostly humpbacks) right off the beach in front of the condo!; 4) you can access Mama Mia's restaurant right down the beach……

“Ken and the team were amazing with communication in prep of the stay and during the stay. There was a small hurdle to overcome getting into the condo upon arrival but the team was very prompt on response. and we got in. Thank you Ken, Esther and Maria! The place was quiet, has all the amenities needed for a longer stay. It was close to beach, grocery store, restaurants, and a short walk to downtown to experience the arts and culture of San Jose del Cabo. If you are looking for a lit up party……

“The property was perfect. Great space, a great location for a low-key decompress week. All of the amenities (if wanted) of a hotel. but none of the hotel crowds and rules (check-in, check-out, food types etc) The management team was amazingly responsive for all questions or needs. While at the same time making it feel like we were on our own in our own house. I cannot say enough positives for the team and the location. “This was a great place to stay right on the beach. It did get loud at night especially over the weekend but the listing and previous reviews prepared us for that. We were a little disappointed that upon check in we were told that the toilet paper provided was all we would receive and that if we ran out it would be on us only because one of our bathrooms had less than half a roll when we arrived - but we didnt run out so it was a moot point.
