Enjoy a spectacular view of the city of San Jose and the mountains right from the balcony. Enjoy a movie or your favorite TV show on the large HD 55" Smart flatscreen TV. Local and international TV channels will be available, as well as access to YouTube and Netflix.

Strategically located just a few minutes walk from the train stop, the Shopping Center "Paseo de las Flores", and other establishments, such as Walmart, PriceSmart, and Auto Mercado grocery store as well as entertainment venues and shopping centers. Short but Sweet
My daughter and I stayed here briefly. She will be staying for four months in a program. This was central to the school and airport and had BEAUTIFUL views of the mountains. I was a bit nervous because it was just she and I but the security made me feel more at ease. We stayed in at night and enjoyed hanging out on the 12th floor balcony. I am hoping to return with the rest of the family to stay longer! Manuel was a great host! All of his directions were easy to follow. Anytime I had a question, he was quick to respond. ¡Muchas gracias !

The condo itself is beautiful and comfortable, as described. The pool area was nice, and everything was very clean. The location is a bit and far if you are there to visit San José. The worst problem for us was the noise. The train honks several times a day and there is a lot of traffic on the street in front of the complex, including buses and those pesky little motorbikes.

Overall this property was what we sought - walking distance to shops, restaurants and transportation, while having a clean, safe and secure place with parking. The downside was no shelves in bathrooms, the loud metro horns and the inconvenience with guests dropping things off; my son one day and items that were lost on another day.

Beautiful property, great location, amazing owner!
Everything about renting this property from my initial exchanges with the owner, to the final check out process was exceptionally easy. The listing is extremely accurate (in fact I found the place to be even better than I expected), the owner is extremely responsive to questions both leading up to the stay and during the stay, and the property itself, building, grounds, and apartment are amazing. I felt very much at home during my stay and am looking forward to planning a return visit!

Great place for families

The condo was new and was very clean. Gated complex with 24 hour security. Great view of the city from the living room balcony and both bedrooms. It provided a good location for trips to LaPaz Waterfalls, Paos Volcano, and Britt Coffee.
