Once again, a great stay!

We stayed at this home for 2 1/2 months for a big project for our business. Everything was great and the communication with the owner was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here for any length of time. 5 Starts for sure.

Nice place - lots of room and beautiful views!

The home was exactly as advertised - lots of space and great views. It was clean when we arrived and met our expectations. Some things to fix: Dishwasher overflows into sink, more dishes and pots/pans would be appreciated. I would rent this home again.

Room for everybody!

The house is enormous - plenty of space for our family of nine! It's located in a nice area, very convenient to east San Jose, with a lovely view. The kitchen is equipped rather hap-hazzardly, but we managed to put together dinner for 15 with the new BBQ provided for us, and sitting outside on the spacious patio. We had some confusion with the workings of the house, and it would have been helpful to have a house manual. Ralph was extremely welcoming, and easy to communicate with, promptly acknowledging a cleaning issue we discovered upon arrival. The house worked very well for our large group - recommended!

Good time had by all!

Ralph was a wonderful host/owner and very responsive to requests and questions. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the indoor & outdoor spaces. It is a lovely home and has great views of the SJ hills from the front, and a very pleasant babbling fountain in the back yard.

perfect and peaceful location for San Jose visit

We stayed here while visiting several area colleges for my teenage daughter. This home is absolutely gorgeous and located in an incredibly peaceful setting. The neighborhood is quiet and the views were amazing. Freeway access was also easy so we could get to the various colleges fairly easily. We also ended up taking a short trip up to the Golden Gate bridge for some sight-seeing. The interior is stunning and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of walking. I highly recommend this home!

Great place, pictures do not do it justice!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home, our stay was awesome! Working with the owner was great, super easy to get a hold of him. We were able to celebrate our daughter's graduation without any issues, inside and out. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Plenty of bedding and the beds are very comfy. Best part of it all was location, location, location! Enjoy~

Great home away from home.

This house has lots of sleeping accommodations, three bathrooms, two living rooms and a large outdoor lot with plenty to appease adults and children alike. We recently stayed with our large extended family (10 adults and 5 children). The host is accommodating and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely home!

Perfect! We rented the house for our Texas and SoCal families who were gathering for a wedding on Mt Hamilton. In addition to the four bedrooms, we made use of the loft, a cot and an air mattress. I’d worried that there would be insufficient pillows, linens, towels, soaps, etc. but extras were available in abundance. We hosted a 35-person brunch on Sunday, which was supported by a well-supplied kitchen filled with serving dishes, platters, and serving utensils. The only item missing was a baking pan which I happened to have with us. The backyard was perfect for entertaining and included extra serving tables and folding chairs -- we used all of them! The waterfall was a great feature and the views from the gazebo were lovely. The full beds in two of the bedrooms were a bit small, but the king and queen in the other rooms worked fine. Bathrooms were well supplied and very nice. My thanks to Ralph and his colleague Janet for their assistance in advance of the rental. We would recommend this lovely home to friends and family!

Just what we expected and more

Four of us businessmen traveled to Bay Area for business meetings. The house completely met our needs. Each had a comfortable bedroom. The common areas were good for eating and working. The views from the front yard were calming and inspiring. The spacious back patio and back yard was good for BBQing and relaxing (basketball). The evenings cooled off enough so that we didn't need air conditioning. Some minor maintenance needed: dishwasher didn't work and a living room window was off track. Plan to stay again. Nearby restaurant recommendation: The Boiling Crab.

This is the best view house in the bay, we so stress out before arrive but turn out we have the best time to stay there. We deposited this house for our guest stay over for on our wedding day, after see the back yard and the view , we decided to have little day time party get together before the banquets at restaurant . All the guest came , they all in love with this house and want to rent for next party. Too bad I cant have another wedding , but highly recommend this house for small events . Thanks Raul Paul help us all the way when we there. All in text messages , he let us feel like our home. It was an amazing house.

I was so stress out to got return from couple place for my rental because I wrote to all owner that I want rent a house for family get together for traditional Vietnamese wedding in the morning. Turn out Ralph Neal walk me through the process so smoothly and helpful. The house was amazing view on the hill, neighbor was friendly come over congratulation us in mooring, we told them will be more cars park around, they find and welcome. Back yard was so big that all the guest from san Jose want to rent right away for there bday or re-wedding . So happy to get help from Ralph, he make my party so easy , 5 beds room and 3 bathrooms and platy space for guest stay over , our pics turn out so perfectly with the back yard set up. Overall amazing stay for my family and myself.

Great location. Clean, well organized and great space for my huge party. Everything was more than I expected. Great amentites all around the house and can't forget the backyard with the amazing views. Minutes away from the Silicon Valley. Will def rent this property once again and recommend to anyone.
