Very basic, the hotel location and surrounding feels like a dead-end trap with nothing to see/do around it. This hotel is managed like a "dormitory" for travelers to spend a night between 2 flights. Conveniently located, too pricy for what you get

The cost was very reasonable and we found the rooms clean but dated. The staff were not very accommodating initially however they did seem to warm up after a day. We had booked for 3 adults to stay in one room but they would only give us 2 cups for coffee. Our meals at the in-house restaurant (Cactus Beer Garden) were very good. The continental breakfast was minimal and the waitress 'guarded' it sternly! We felt the hotel was in the middle of nowhere (industrial/business area) with no other services near so we had to shuttle everywhere. However it was far enough away from the airport that there was very little airplane noise. The best part of our stay was the shuttle driver, Jonathan, who gave us exceptional service-very reliable and friendly, and ALWAYS on time!

There are bugs all in the sink & counter in the bathroom. Bathroom smells bad, mold. Bed squeaks, not comfortable at all, feel springs. Hear noises in hall & outside. Shower pressure is extreme!! Hard to adjust, either get cold or extremely hot. Should have booked somewhere!! Staff was friendly at checkin.

An older hotel, close the airport. Rooms were clean, service was friendly. The restaurant food was great and they have a micro brewery on site, very good beer. It's a privately-owned hotel and the grounds were quite beautiful, a really great site to walk around and admire the trees and flowers. We didn't try the pool as we didn't want to fly with wet swimsuits and had a shuttle to the airport. The price was very reasonable, would stay there again.

The hotel is a beautiful garden oasis near the airport. Very tranquil, with a wonderful restaurant that specializes in Mexican food. Room was clean with nice view of pool. I had a nice rest before my early morning flight out of SJO. I will definitely go back. The only suggestion I have for the hotel is to put better, brighter lighting in the bathrooms.

Staff was very nice- we got there after dark so the ride was a little crazy but fun! Big shout out to the front desk ( I forgot their names I’m sorry) but both the woman and young gentleman were so helpful. We got there late and tried Uber Eats and he was even going to help order off his phone since mine wouldnt connect…cute comfy rooms..cute landscaping..easy to get a shuttle. BREAKFAST was the best, the woman working that was sooo friendly - the area itself was very desolate but perfect to access the airport…THANK YOU!
