"Always love staying here. Clean, upscale feeling. Great bar, breakfast. The rooms are nice. Love the size and the couch that can be used as an extra sleeping area. Large lobby area. Great walking distance to down town. Parking is insanely expensive compared to other hotels in the area. This is the only reason we don’t stay here all the time. This trip the manager gave us comped parking and it seriously made our stay feel so special. We were in town for a hockey tournament on Easter and they made our holiday stay feel very special. Would definitely recommend. Just wish nightly parking fee was not so outrageous. "

"Elevators were out the entire stay. I was on the third floor with 3 children. It was pouring rain and the staff offered no assistance in getting bags up the wet outdoor stairs to our room and said no other rooms were available. The property looks nice but is very dated on the inside. The outlets by the bed did not work. All wall outlets in the room were loose and plugs would fall out constantly. The high ceilings were pretty but visible large amounts of spiderwebs could be seen everywhere. The sink had a large crack through it. Housekeeping was great. Loved that they serviced the room daily. Property has so much potential but our stay was a bit inconvenient. Would try to stay again with lower expectations and hopefully a working elevator. "

"This property is located in an industrial area, so there isn’t much nearby. It’s also right next to the freeway, so if you have a balcony, be prepared for a fair amount of noise.One thing to note,if you’re considering Club Level, it’s not what you might expect compared to other Hilton properties. There aren’t the usual amenities, and no alts or vouchers were offered during our stay. Also, refrigerators and microwaves are not standard in the rooms—you’ll need to upgrade or request one, and even then, availability can be limited. The hotel itself is on the older side. The rooms were decent, but some areas of the property could use better maintenance. For example, one of our room locks didn’t work properly, and another door had to be lifted to open. The hallways also had an unpleasant odor at times. \Service was a bit hit or miss. While a few staff members were helpful, others came across as less welcoming. When we brought up some of the room issues, it seemed like they were already aware but not overly concerned. \We were there during a dance convention, so the hotel was very busy. The only dining option available was understaffed, and the on-site steakhouse wasn’t open during our stay. They do offer complimentary water and a warm cookie, which is a nice touch, although service around that felt inconsistent. Parking is $32 per night, uncovered, and without visible security. Overall, the stay was okay, but it didn’t quite meet the standard I typically expect from a Hilton. "
