We loved our stay, although short, in this comfy home. Our dog loved the sunny yard and we really enjoyed our time there overall!!

This was a short overnight stay for us. It was fine for one night. There was only me fork and a few spoons so if you need utensils bring your own. Not fancy but enough to get us through the night! The neighborhood was good and the communication with the person renting was great!

Overall a good stay. Convenient location and fits our needs well. We are return renters (stayed last year as well) and just wanted to get a few friends together for a game night where we wouldn't have to worry about going out and finding childcare. The bunk room if perfect for our kids to have some independence and feel like they're having their own little slumber party. The area is quiet. Pros: quiet, convenient, clean, stocked fairly well, nice use of space, plenty of blanketsCons: hand towel was stinky in master bath, the heater kept kicking on in a heat wave, not a lot of counter space near mirrors to put on makeup or skincare, decent amount of small repairs needed which were the same needed last year as well (Broken fridge, holes in master bath, several loose chair legs enough to make it unsafe to sit in, missing blinds)Overall though it worked out well for us and we would return

Kitchen and yard need help.

For a larger property - there we only 3 forks in the kitchen, a kurig that was troublesome and no kitchen towels. Amenities were sparse. Front yard needs to be weed whacked and mowed. Extra bath towels should be provided. The location of the property is great but the space needs help. The water heater was leaking in the garage and the bathroom shower door came of the hinge.

This place could be nice with a little effort

Stayed here while in town for the weekend for a family funeral. Although the description says it sleeps 12, there was not enough silverware or dishes for that number of people. Also upon check-in there were no paper towels or kitchen towels to be found. Hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms were pretty much empty or had been re-filled with water. In the property manager's defense, she did respond to my text and brought by more silverware, some paper towels and hand soap. One of the other things we were not happy with was the fact that the large refrigerator pictured in the listing was there but taped shut and unusable. A small working fridge was sitting in the kitchen but had no ice maker or ice trays. Also listed in the amenities was sparkling water and coffee. We had enough Kuerig pods for one morning and no sparkling water at all. The garage light was out as was one of the lights in one of the bathrooms. There was a glass table top laying on the garage floor we had to walk over to get to go outside and empty the trash. The one thing they seemed to have plenty of were pots and pans. Beds were comfortable enough and bedding was fine but towels were small and some had holes in them. This place needs some items replaced (fridge, towels, dishes) and a cleaning crew that checks and restocks things and performs maintenance items at the house.

3 families visiting us in Saratoga had a great stay

We rented this for 3 families (4 + 4 + 2) visiting us over the weekend. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with very convenient access. The house is gorgeous and our guests were very comfortable with adequate number of beds and independent bathrooms for each family. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again and recommend to others. Thank you!!
