The house was BEAUTIFUL. The view was gorgeous!
Note - The house is not close to the beach . We did do an excursion that took us to the beach via boat. It was fun!
Cons:
There was cockroach in the Tub of the master bedroom.
The Fridge was dirty. It had hair in it and a used wine bottle.
The entire house could’ve been cleaner as there was clearly leftover items from previous visits (ie soap, wine bottles and etc.)
The main balcony could have been cleaner. There is a plant on the side that was just very disturbing to look at. I understand that we are in a rain forest, and it is constantly raining, but if the balcony was being cleaned after every visit it wouldn’t look like that.
The cups in the kitchen were also dirty.
There is security before you enter the premises (which is awesome) however, not all the doors locked at the back of the house. This left us with a little unease.
The shower water temp in one of the rooms was not consistent.
If you want to do excursions prepare to travel far and long. The location of the house is not close to much. Little night life activity choices.

Comfortable beds
Management was EXTREMELY accommodating and communicated timely and professionally .
One of our people left their phone on a bus and they retrieved it for her. The tv was not working in the movie room and they came right over to assist. They helped us with getting a chef and the excursions.
The chef’s food was delicious.
The kitchen had everything you needed. Cups, plates, knives, seasonings, coffee, tea …everything!
All in all, the pros DID outweigh the cons and we are happy that we stayed here.
