Spacious entire 3 bed / 2 bath single family house with huge backyard play area. Two bedrooms include a Queen bed and one bedroom includes two twin sized beds. All rooms are bright and comfortable. The living room feature comfortable sofas ( one could turns to a sofa bed), TV and internet access. Kitchen includes microwave, coffer maker, hot water kettle, toaster oven, electric cook top, oven, stainless refrigerator, dishes, bowls, knifer set and cookware.
Engineered wood floor, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer. Patio furniture.

Perfect Location, Great Property

I wish we had gotten there earlier and the weather was warmer because I would have very much enjoyed sitting in the back yard under the orange tree. The property was clean, nice size TV - though does not get ESPN or any HD channels, and the accommodations were very cozy. I definitely would stay here again when in Silicon Valley. Very economical. A great value, perfect location and very comfortable.

Great Stay

Our company sent a crew of 3 to the area for some night work and Mona was very accommodating with scheduling. None of the hotels near by would accommodate our 5am check-in and 7pm check-out times, but she was happy to. The guys were comfortable in the rooms and said the house was very clean.

Good home to stay in however there is only 1 AC unit in the property so it can get very warm at night and this may be an issue for some Access to the home was easy and the location was very quiet at night and felt very safe The location was perfect for anyone travelling through SJC and the proximity with the nearby redwoods at Big Basin State Park is definitely an attraction for those wanting to connect with nature

Nice property

they house and property were ok, but there was not enough parking for two cars , so if someone came to visit they had to park away from the house . Parking is an issue in most places in San Jose but there was a truck parked at the end of the driveway that was slightly over hanging and it never moved . It looked like it had been there a while as it was dusty and dirty from sitting . The house was nice and it work well other than that . One this that could be improved on is the amount of pots pans and dishes . We went out and bought somethings we needed , but there was just not a good set up that way . I don't want to seen negative about the property or over fussy about the glass wear there was just not enough . We all said we would stay there again but just some little touches would make the house much more comfortable would go a long way .

Convenient Location - very clean

Enjoyed the couple of nights there. Quiet, convenient location that is close to downtown. Only reason did not give a 5 star was no cable - (missed the warriors game). Overall a great value.
