This is a small bed and breakfast if you stay here it's because of the value it offers and experience you have as a traveler. They offer great service if you want to contact the property do so through the app because the app refuses to update the phone number for them.

Gustavo and his wife are wonderful and very helpful people, the property is clean and quiet in nice area close to supermarket, a few sodas and restaurants. There's bank in s walking distance if you want to exchange USD. I enjoyed their company and their cats.

Don't stay at Cata Bed Breakfast. The place is full of cats and dogs roaming the house and there is hair everywhere. The host has no room and just sleeps on the couch downstairs all day and night. You need to finish eat dinner by 8:30pm because you can't come in the house after that. The neighborhood is too secluded for a female or couple to walk alone at night.

The host was very responsive to all my questions, before & during the say. The location & internet service were great! I did not like that the room was not clean when I arrived and was still not clean when I checked in, or the next day despite a promise that thorough cleaning would be done. Being around 5 cats and 2 dogs can be overwhelming if you are not a pet person.

Everything was ok for the accommodation. Very good breakfast. If we have to return to this accommodation we will not go through Hotel.com. It was a disaster. They do not help their customers at all. They try by all means to get money from them.

Good rest, really nice property!

A very nice stay, owners were on site and they are really nice. My husband attended a training in SJO and he stayed there for a couple nights. It was a really great location.

We were nervous to stay in San Jose, but felt very safe here. Our car was parked in a locked gate and for two nights, it was perfect for us! Very kind and friendly service.

Clara and Gae from Young Bed & Breakfast are excellent hosts. My native language is English, so at times we struggled to understand each other, but it doesn’t take away from the excellent hospitality experience. They were happy to cook for me all days of the week, and often spent time with me outside on the patio sharing stories about life. Gae went even as far as waking up early in the morning and going on a 4 mile run with me in a park nearby, considering we both like to run. If that doesn’t say anything about great hospitality, I don’t know what does!

Las persona que te atienden son super buenas pero deben mejorar algunas cosas como poner un mejor ventilador de aire o aire acondicionado , secadora de pelo , cambiar o ofrecer toallas para baño , 2 en una semana no es suficiente , colocar mas de un rollo de papel de baño , el wifi era muy bueno pero la tv no se podia ver nada , debido a que pedia reiniciar con codigo del dueño. Una mejor estufa no estaria mal. Agua caliente solo sale un poquito y rapido se pone fria. Debe haber alguien que verifique tu habitacion que pueda cambiar toallas y recoger basura . Y preguntar si les hace falta algo. No quiero criticar solo para que puedan mejorar el lugar.
