"Place was clean for the most part. No air conditioning but the weather wasn't crazy hot. Bathroom smelled really bad which was the worst I could say about this place. But the staff was amazing she was caring and attentive. "

"We arrived very late at night and both the front desk man and the security guard were outside and waiting to help us get out of the taxi. Very central location. Basic yet unique and very well cared for little bnb style hotel. The breakfast was a wonderful bonus. "

"Clean rooms and friendly staff. La Fortuna is about a 30 min drive. The friendly (Giovanni and Louis) make the drive worth it. We were able to spot sloth from the facility (guess we were lucky). I would definitely recommend it if you are on a budget. "

"The king size bed was so heavenly! The room was spacious and clean. I didn't like the smell of the soaps and shampoos provided, but I had my own anyway. There is no countertop space in the bathroom but that wasn't much of an issue. We didn't get to explore the hotel much, but it was a nice stay. It was a 30 minute drive to the airport without traffic, but the driver told us it can take up to an hour and a half in heavy traffic!"
