Sensational apartment with high quality furniture, in the Aljarafe just 100 m from a Metro station and 10 min. of Sevilla. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a terrace with fantastic views and a Community POOL. It is perfect and spacious for 4 people.It has Wifi, air conditioning, private parking (Not included in price, € 14). It is ideal for getting to know Seville center, the Aljarafe and for business matters.Elegant, spacious and comfortable apartment, it has a lot of light and high qualities both in construction and finish and in equipment.It has a spacious living room where you can relax on a large sofa, listen to music, read or watch TV. The rest area consists of two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and bathroom and the second with two single beds. The entire apartment is equipped with central air conditioning to avoid temperature changes from one room to another and the windows have double glass to isolate them from possible noise.As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped, it has a toaster, juicer, Ketel and capsule coffee machine.The views from the terrace are spectacular, without obstacles you can see different towns and Seville, highlighting especially its beautiful sunset.It will be a pleasure for us to host you!

Gute Wohnung, leider ohne gebuchte Poolnutzung

Eine schöne Wohnung außerhalb von Sevilla, was aber dank der Metro kein Problem ist. Die Metro hält in kurzer Distanz zu dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für 4 Personen und verfügt über alle notwendigen Einrichtungen und eine Klimaanlage. Negativ war, dass 2 einheimischen Taxifahrer die angegebene Adresse nicht gefunden haben, das Gebäude direkt an einer Autobahn liegt und wir den zugesagten Pool nicht nutzen durften. Auf die Bitte, dies doch schnellstmöglich mit der Hausverwaltung zu klären, haben wir bis heute von sevillamoving keine Antwort erhalten… und dies bei Temperaturen über 40 Grad.
