Hush Maderas
Excellent hotel. Amazing facilities, lounging areas and views. Rather rough 15 mins walk to the beach, not quite beachfront. Warm water in the showers (not hot) and no fresh water in any of the faucets (filtered ocean water). The restaurant is amazing and the staff (David) are great! Overall great ...

Rancho Santana
Very nice stay. The room was great with an amazing beach view. Food and service we’re very good but prices are comparable to similar quality hotel in the US. So prepare to pay.

La Santa Maria Resort

Morgan's Rock
An incredibly beautiful spot where one is completely ensconced in nature and the ocean. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Dining options were very good, with many local options.

El Caite San Juan del Sur
air conditioning was excellent. We didn't eat breakfast but were offered it. It's a good restaurant so assuming it would be good. The only drawback is for older people as there's a steep set of stairs if your room is top floor. Otherwise, it seems good value.
