Condominio Coco Mar has FREE parking but on a first come first basis and is not guaranteed. The condo is gated and secured. Most Uber rides from our condo to anywhere in the metro area, will average about $10 - $15. Although our check-in is 3pm, we can be flexible with check in, if the calendar allows. We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company. VRBO has a $59 Non refundable Damage Protection option, which covers up to $1500. You can pay a refundable $200 Damage Deposit. West Isla Verde Beach is steps away from the condo. There is the East Isla Verde beach within a block away. . We provide 10% discount on stays of 7 to 28 days of stay, so you can cover any additional amenities used after 7 days. This includes loses resulting directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other "Acts of Nature". In incident such as fire, water, loss of power (beyond our control), breakdown of cable or satellite company, internet company or with equipment of machinery, acts of war, strikers, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or cancellation of airline travel, or any similar incident; the property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any additional expense or losses sustained by the Guests as a result of such incidents or occurrences.
