Amazing views and clean living space.

This property was just as listed. It had a beautiful view and gated entry. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends.

Building and pool are nice and well kept. Room could use some TLC but it worked well for sleeping and cooking small meals.

This property has amazing views, building itself is well maintained and area is conducive to lots of activities line El yunque, luquillo and all ferries to the islands. Apartment itself can get a lil refreshing, more towels, only given a washcloth no hand towels. Overall a great time

Fajardo s hidden gems

The view priceless… the interior still need touch up with cosmetic details but overall it was a wonderful experience!. 100% recommended! The administrator was on point and super helpful!

We knew we wanted to be near the water with a good view and this property delivered. The lighting was either all on (strong) or all off. This made it hard to read in the living room in the middle of the night. This property would benefit from a simple plug-in, reading lamp in the living room. We were also nervous about trying to cook anything in the very small kitchenette as it was unclear how to even turn on any of the burners.

I have never ever experienced bad hygiene and safety *wires hanging, *lighting issues, and in general, the property needs to be removed from the platform. However location is excellent, with security and clean in surroundings. Spectacular ocean view. Very sad that someone rent a property in the conditions the property are.

Decent but better options

I gave this place a 3 out of 5 and that feels a bit generous. The futon is comically small. TV is too and very high in relation to the futon. We didn’t use the kitchen, but not much to write home about there. On the bright side, the view is nice and in line with the photos.

Nice apartment

This was a nice apartment with a beautiful view. The check-in process was complicated with 3 hurdles to gain enterance - the gate, the building and then the apartment. Very stressful as we had problems with the building entrance as we were not aware that the fob on the key chain was the device to put over the reader at the door.

The property needs some upgrades and care. We were by a mop in the middle of the hallway. Can use a paint job throughout. Some cabinet doors are unstable. No plugs in bathroom to get ready, no hooks to hang clothing. The saddest is that it has a magnificent view which can’t be enjoyed since there are two AC blowers blowing extreme heat into the balcony. We were unable to even stand in the balcony to enjoy the view. The location is fantastic, great restaurants and beaches nearby. I will not stay there again since I look forward to taking in the views with a cup of coffee.

The host did not communicate at all. She left instructions but never checked in nor answered any request or concern. We stayed 6 days at we could not turn on the bedroom, living room or kitchen lights or fans. We had to rely on light from the entrance or bathroom. We also noted a few tiny roaches but it was enough to turn us off. The host never responded to any messages sent. The grounds were well kept and the area was quiet.

TLC needed

Location: perfect. View beautiful. Major TLC needed. Electric stove did not work. No light in kitchen. Living room light/fan did not work. Bedroom light/fan did not work. Shelf at bathroom mirror need fixing, Handle to sliding door in living room nonfunctional. White electronic key was old and did not open door to lobby and most time did not open gate to parking. On last day of our visit a resident told us about an devise attached to the key would open door as well as gates. Thanks but too late for us, apartment not in condition for rental

Disappointed

This property was definitely a mixed bag. The check-in process was quick and easy. Upon entering the property, first impression is wonderful. The unit was very clean, and view is impressive. Positives - A/C worked well, as did the refrigerator and coffee maker. The entire unit was clean. Shower worked well, quality towels and washcloths provided. High top table/chairs in the living room provided a good spot for eating and looking at the view. Entry into the facility through the gate/into the building was seamless, use a fob on the keyring. Provided keycard does not work. Location was great, convenient for access to many Fajardo activities, restaurants and shops (with a car). Only 30 minutes El Yunque Visitor Center. Negatives - Disappointing that many items noted by previous reviews had not fixed. There is only one light fixture, in the entryway, that works. The light/ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, and light in kitchen do not work. Unit is very dark in evening/morning. Mattress is not supportive, bed frame is light weight - two people will end up in the middle of the bed. Bedframe creaks at every movement. Paint is peeling many areas. Balcony is inviting, except A/C units exhaust there so temp is way to hot to sit out and enjoy. Small shelf in bathroom is non-usable, it would take 2 screws installed to fix. Door handle on one slider is broken/hanging loose - nonfunctional. An issue arose needing assistance, host took six hours to respond.

This property is still a work in progress and has room for improvement. I travel to PR frequently, have stayed in the area frequently, and found it to be pricey upon arrival. The view in the photo is exactly as pictured. No access to the ocean - just a nice view.
