Amazing charming apartment with swimming pool located 10 steps from the sand of the most beautiful urban beach in Puerto Rico (Kite-surf, and Paddle-surf). Located in Condado, Ocean Park beach in San Juan, a lively (and the safest) neighborhood (we have 2 guards in front of the apartment). Walking distance to a variety of local (in Loiza street) and trendy restaurants (Condado area) and 10 minutes cab ride from the airport and Old San Juan.

Enjoy the peaceful breeze and sun in the mornings in the top roof swimming pool or beach and then have fun exploring restaurants, pubs, disco, etc. in Condado (drinks), Old San Juan (Salsa), Isla Verde (disco), Piñones (Bomba y Plena) in the evenings.

Ask the owner for larger groups.
Swimming pool available: You share our top roof swimming pool with our other apartment, Sol. Great for groups/honey moon/weddings.

Top entertainment walking distance: We have all kind of restaurants: Puerto Rican, Mexican, Japanese, Spaniard, international, healthy, vegetarian, Argentinian, Italian, French, Peruvian...walking.

We have a power plant, VERY IMPORTANT FUTURE since Maria left the electricity on and off sometimes.

We loved this place. The beach was SO close and not too busy and there were so many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The space was clean and had everything you could need like beach towels and chairs. Ana was extremely helpful and responded quickly. The rooftop was great and had an ocean view. Overall, we enjoyed the space a lot.There were six of us, we would recommend staying at or below six people as it could get a little busy with more than six.

We had SUCH a wonderful time at this penthouse! Came to San Juan for the World Baseball Classic, and staying at Ana's place was ideal. -Close to everything.-Less than a block from an amazing beach.-Coolest spot to hang out on top of the spot, with a pool and comfy seating.-Good beds.-All the little amenities that make a trip; nice showers, 2 bathrooms, cooking supplies, fast internet, clean when we got there. This is a wonderful place to stay if you have the chance. My friends and I had the trip of a lifetime, and staying at Ana's was a big reason why.

Our stay got off to a great start. Ana, the property manager allowed us to access the property early. Ana responded quickly to questions and provided lots of information regarding things to do including contacts. I would only add the restaurant Dulce Salado at the end of the street should be included in that list. Amazing food. Unit was comfortable and clean. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The host allowed me to check out late so I didn’t have to rush in the morning to check out and have nowhere to go until my evening flight. That is very valuable to me. The experience was surreal as this location is across the street from the beach sand. It’s a paradise.

We enjoyed the apartment, especially for its location. The beach was steps from the front door and the beach chairs/towels/totes provided by the homeowners made lazy beach days easy. The building is walking distance to many eateries and less than a mile to the grocery store. The hosts were spectacular in making suggestions for restaurants, activities and even in encouraging us to Uber instead of renting a car- this worked out perfectly. Every one of their recommendations was spot on.The apartment is a good size for 4 adults with 2 full bathrooms.The rooftop deck and the main living space patio were the real highlights.

This home was so pleasant to stay in for our vacation. Isabel and Ana were wonderful and easy to access. We loved the cleanliness, beach location within a short walking distance along with nearby stores. The kids loved beach and the rooftop pool. We’ll be back again!!

Property was clean and orderly when we arrived. all the systems worked as expected. Pool was clean. There was some oxidation on light fixtures and a couple of light bulbs that were not working properly and some loose towel hangers. Overall our stay was great just some minor maintenance items that need to be addressed.

Family Vacation

This apartment was in the perfect location. We explored Puerto Rico from this home base for a week. It had everything we needed for a family of 5 with three kids 10 and under, and we always has the beach, the pool, and an incredible view to come home to.

Amazing

Don't even know where to start. My family and I had an amazing experience in Puerto Rico here. The location is absolutely perfect right across the street from the beach in a residential neighborhood. You walk through a cool little path and you're right on the beach with naturally shaded areas from the palm trees. The beach is not crowded at all as it seems only some locals go to this section of the beach. It is walking distance from amazing bars and restaurants and just a short Uber ride from Old, San Juan or places outside of Ocean Park. We had 5 people staying in this verbo comfortably and had everything we needed from cookware to Beach gear. Breathtaking views from the terrace off the living room and the roof top pool. The host was fantastic and very responsive with all of my questions. Our only complaint is that we had to leave this oasis. We were so sad it had to come to an end but we will definitely be back one day.

Wow, the owners clearly put a lot of thought into this and covered absolutely every detail. From quarters and soap for the excellent washer/dryer, just the right amount of coffee to keep us going a couple days, plenty of towels, more than enough of all the basics such as soap/paper/trash bags and all the items you could possibly need for the beach (chairs, coolers with bag of ice waiting in freezer, life jackets, game paddles, ect.). The view from the rooftop pool area was absolutely stunning and was our favorite spot, but there is also a lovely private porch for sitting in the evening to hear great night sounds from the small garden next door along with the waves. I was a little concerned about getting to use the pool area as it is shared, but the space is large with several nice areas spread out so it could easily see more than one family using it at once. Originally, 6 in my family were going to be on our trip. It ended up being 4 of us and it was absolutely perfect for our group. It would have been tight with 6, a little uncomfortable on the other bed which is in a nook tucked beside the kitchen, but we could have done it. Just might want to keep in mind if you have more than 4 or 5 people (technically we could have squeezed a 5th person in the second bedroom pretty easily) you would hope the ones in the open area want to wake up with everyone else.

Location, Location, Location!!!

Wonderful location - literally steps away from beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided for your convenience.Staff was friendly and responded quickly to all calls and texts.Listing says sleeps 8. I would say 7 at max. Beds were comfortable and clean. Pictures show 2 single beds in solarium area. There was only oneUnfortunately the pool was not useable during our stay but a refund credit was offered for the inconvenience. Hope they are able to fix soon - would have been nice to have available even with the ocean so close.Free laundry available right out the door to unit. Even provided the soap.Would not hesitate to recommend. Was a wonderful stay

Great vacation in Puerto Rico

Our stay in this condo was great. It was very clean and had all the essentials you could want (towels, dishes, beach chairs, etc) and it is a few steps to the beach. The waves in front of the condo were a bit strong. The rooftop pool was nice, but you do need to share with the other condo so it wasn’t always available. The communication was great as well. We received timely info and all our questions were answered.

Excellent communication with owners, very nice place with good access to beach. Depending on who is near you in other units may be a little noisy, not surprising for spring. Only reason for 4star on listings is whoever did photos is excellent and it’s not quite as nice as photos. My daughter who lives in San Juan wished that she could live there though so it is nice, beds comfy etc.

Great Location, Updates needed, Communication with Ana was great.

My review will be very similar to the previous guest review. The apt is close to the beautiful beach and the rec restaurants and shops are within walking distance. It was so nice to have beach chairs and towels provided. The view from the top floor pool was lovely. It was nice have a generator. Unfortunately, the apartment could use a lot of attention. There was peeling paint throughout, the MBR bathroom pocket door did not work and was stuck halfway open. We were told the door would be repaired; it was not. However, in reading the previous review, the door was also broken for them and they too were told the door would be repaired. The kitchen cabinet door was broken. Both bedrooms need new mattress’, bedding and furniture updates.The grill next to the pool really is not functional because it is so dirty. The bathrooms need a deep cleaning. Bathroom electric receptacle did not work. When we had reserved parking, it was great. But, our 1st day through 11:00 am the next day we had no parking. Be advised the street is used for beach parking. Also, be advised that this is a 3-story walk-up and the pool is a floor above the apartment, which is shared with the apartment below. Overall, our trip to PR was wonderful, apt location is great, communication with Ana was prompt.We would return, if the updates suggested were address.

Great location & communication - Some updates needed

The apartment is very close to the beautiful beach and there are many walkable restaurants and shops within walking distance. Uber was easy and affordable for the times we left the neighborhood. Inside, the apartment could use some attention. There was peeling paint throughout, a broken kitchen cabinet door standing ajar in the entrance, and the master bathroom pocket door was completely stuck halfway open. We were informed of this upon arrival, but it was implied that it would be fixed during our stay. It was not. This meant squeezing through the narrow space several times a day. The grill next to the pool needs a thorough cleaning.All of that said, these are things that are easily fixed, and we had a wonderful stay. The rooftop pool was so nice and there were beach chairs, towels, and even life jackets that meant we had everything we needed for the short walk to the beach. Ana was wonderful with communication and recommendations.

A warm and beautiful stay!

Isabel, Ana and Ivelisse made our time so beautiful and joyful! We slept to the sounds of the ocean! The generator and the water tank came in handy whenever there were outages. The hospitality was incredible! Anything we needed, we got a prompt and thoughtful response from Ana.

We enjoyed the access to the beach, just steps outside of the apartment, and views of the beach from the rooftop pool and balconies. Many cafes and restaurants are a short walk. The kitchen is well equipped. The beach chairs and toys were a nice touch
