We work hard to keep everything in great condition, and if anything isn’t quite right during your stay, we’ll respond quickly to fix it. In the rare event something can’t be repaired or an issue is truly beyond our control, we’ll explore other options — but please give us the opportunity to make things right first.

To respect neighbors and future guests:
• No parties or unauthorized guests ($100 per guest per night)
• No amplified music, especially 10 PM – 8 AM
• Max 5 people in the spa; rinse before use
• No glass in the spa
• Keep gates closed and supervise children outdoors
Please be respectful of the neighbors and refrain from causing loud noise after 10 PM, and not before 8 AM. The police can issue fines up to $1000 for excessive noise.

No unauthorized parties allowed.

Please rinse off before entering the jacuzzi. We have put a cold shower right next to the spa. This is especially important if you have been to the beach. Sand from your swimming suits will get into the pump and can cause damage.

No more than 5 people allowed in the jacuzzi at a time!

Please re-cover the jacuzzi when not in use.

Failure to not take care of the jacuzzi will result in additional charges after checkout.
