The room was nice, but there were a lot of other factors that hurt the stay. Elevator at this property is broken so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor. Thankful it wasn’t farther. The check-in process was chaotic and unorganized. A lot of people needed to check-in at the same time so there was a line, which I understand. What wasn’t made known to me, was that the receptionist was keeping a list so she could call people up, but she wasn’t telling people when they entered so it was out of order and we wasted a lot of time. It took a full hour to check-in. There is parking on the property, but the garage is one of the tightest garages I’ve ever seen. It took a 20 point turn to get out most days. Finally, the stairs included a small hidden ramp on the top of each landing that caused me to fall down the stairs once. Room was nice, but that’s the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.

We gad just returned from an 8 day cruise and were supposed to fly out the next morning .,then our flight was canceled the hotel we were in was booked so we scrambled to find another hotel which was a chire itself because of the holiday. Loud, no sound proofing efforts at all. Elevator was broken and we had to climb four flights of stairs with luggage. AC temp couldn’t be changed and the blankets kept making me sneeze.

The lady at the desk was very nice. The hotel elevator broke today, very hard for me to do stairs. No ice, bottled water, 1 key only for the room for 3 adults, lighting in the room is dark, no hand towels available. No suggestions how they could help us without elevator. Pricing for hotel is very over priced for nothing. Room was clean

Room was dark in color. Shower did not have a soap holder you just drop it on the shower floor. Did not have a key card you used a regular door key and we only got one key. Also a glass lead panel in the middle of a front door and you could see the light in the hall which is typical door for a house not a hotel room. This door was at every room. You had to step up to enter your room meaning there was a lip at the threshold. No white sheets or comforter. Should have a toilet bowl scrubber. there was a back door/wooden deck to the outside in the room which was locked and we had no key and a door on the deck which could possibly lead to another entrance to our room. Lobby furniture belonged in a museum, ugly slip covers on the sofas. Light switches all over the room and was labeled on how to use them. You could not adjust the A/C temperature either it is on or off. No room for adjustment .Pitiful place maybe you should spend a night here. Better yet please return my money
