The condo was great, the host was responsive. The only thing I'd change is that the condo is a bit close to the road and the windows don't really keep the sound out, so you can hear it when cars drive past with their music on at night.We had a great time and would stay there again, 100%.

It is in a perfect location, the beach is beautiful and quiet, the locals were awesome and the balcony (both the downstairs and the upper level) are perfect. It was an amazing time here. Walked into a tropical feeling, with access to the beach is perfect. Loved the private pool. Had enough space for our family with room to spare. The view of the beach was so beautiful to wake up to and the sunset was a sight to see. Restaurants and bars are in walking distance, and the marina is only 7 min away to take an excursion to Culebra island. Renting next year for sure.

Comfortable stay, as advetised.

Two adult couples and a 2 year old. The location cannot be beat. The house was clean and we had everything we needed to make a few meals at home. The rest of the time we were able to walk to a few restaurants down the street. The awnings in the yard kept the sun away and cool enough to open up the windows and doors and just have the ceiling fans on for parts of the day. The rest of the time, the a/c cooled down each room very quickly. Views from the rooftop are probably a little undersold from the pictures. Having laundry was excellent. The house pool was a hit with our 2 year old as it was noticeably warmer than the complex pool, especially after a morning rain shower. Check in was super easy and communication was quick and responisve. Plenty of outdoor seating, as well as some beach chairs/beach toys/cooler that I didnt see advertised. Can't really ask for much more from a rental house.

Spring Break

This was an excellent home for our spring break. Stay. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. Snorkeling at Vieques, kayaking the Bio Bay and exploring El Yunque. The house had everything we needed. The individual room air conditioners were excellent. The pool was great and the waterfall feature was very cool. My son also like hanging out on the top deck. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location across from the beach. Nicely furnished and decorated. Lots of different spaces to relax- patio, small pool, rooftop deck. Only complaint was that we needed the keys or a car to open the gate to leave the property. We had 6 people and weren't always together, so we had to juggle who had the key. I emailed the ccontact to ask if there was another way to open the gate but didn't get a response. She referred to a book of info in her welcome email but we didnt see one in the condo. rooftopdeck.

Family holiday

Overall our stay is great. communication was good location near the beach was amazing. the downstairs patio was very nice and relaxing. the pool was nice, but to cold for us to enjoy it. I can see in Summer that would be nice If you are looking to walk to any shops or a town you cannot, but the walk to the beach cannot be beat. it is also a bit loud at night with the cars. Our only suggestions would to be to update the guestbook, it is very out dated, a second key to the gate would have been amazing. We had trouble split up at the beach because of this. there are only 3 chairs on the rooftop so that was disappointing for the party of 6. it was not as enjoyable at night when we were spending family time trying to enjoy the view or eat up there. But overall those were minor and we had a great time and would recommend

Great location.

Perfect getaway in Puerto Rico. Everything you need in a 3 story vacation town house. Beach across the street was reef protected so you can plant your beach umbrella in the water and float or sit in the ocean. Lizzette answered questions before we ever asked. AMAZING!

Amazing property steps away from amazing beaches

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing townhouse. The townhouse was spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beaches and other activities (kayaking, rain forest). Highly recommend this place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Gorgeous villa with perfect location - Seven Seas Heaven!

What a beautiful property! My husband and our two teenage boys had a fantastic stay here for four nights. I wish we could have stayed longer, as it was a perfect location to enjoy the Seven Seas Beach, hike to Playa Escondida, and visit the nature reserve. We scheduled a tour and it was so interesting. We also spent two days hiking at El Yunque. We loved the pool! It was so relaxing and beautiful with the sun shade and waterfall. I also loved the rooftop patio. It was great for reading in the morning with a cup of coffee. Lizette was very helpful with the instructions on how to enter the property and we appreciated the booklet on the home and recommendations on the area. Kitchen was well-stocked. The home is really decorated beautifully and feels very luxurious and spacious. The owner has done a wonderful job with plants and flowers around the patio areas. It is a really beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay very much. For great food, be sure to check out the House of Pastelillos and Kalizo Kiosko which was a favorite for awesome Puerto Rican food.

Unbelievable Beachfront Villa

This townhome has a ton of space, indoors and out, an amazing view and location. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and move between the huge rooftop patio with a million-dollar view, the small warmer pool at the villa and the larger pool across the driveway. Seven Seas beach is across the street to the left with the "secret" beaches a 15-minute walk from the end of that. Across the street to the right is another beach where you can walk to the secluded beaches of the nature preserve which were beautiful and more secluded. There was a beautiful view of the mountains from that side and where my wife and I set up shop for a couple of perfect beach days. Cost Mia restaurant is right next door and a couple of other restaurants a short walk down the road. There are several other restaurants a short drive away. The only slight negatives of the area are the construction just down the street with loud construction trucks starting work early every morning (although that got us up and walking the beach early). There isn't much else to do after about 8-9 o'clock to socialize, but the villa is a beautiful place to spend the evenings. If you are a beach lover this place is everything you could want, I hope we can return some day.
