Spacious loft in Old San Juan
This loft is in an excellent location, close to major attractions and away from noisy night life. The property appears newly renovated with high ceilings that highlight the old architecture. Main room is spacious with doors that open to the balcony. There is also a stairwell that leads to the rooftop,which unfortunately, has not been developed for lounging. The balcony faces the street and would be a great place to sit for morning coffee, however it does not have furniture. The television was new but did not work because it had not been hooked up yet. There was no coffee/tea maker as advertised but it is a nice coffee shop just across the street. The property manager promised to refund the cleaning fee for our inconvenience, which we appreciate. Overall the unit is nice but could use some more finishing work (i.e. polish floors, fix leak/condensation from air conditioning unit in the bathroom and provide a way to lock the door to the rooftop for safety). This place has amazing potential if some of these issues are addressed. Still a great location and comfortable space.
