The cabana was wonderful. It was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, from coolers to beach chairs and towels. The location was amazing--we were walking distance to many food options and stores, and Ubers, even to Old San Juan, were a bargain. There is a beautiful beach on the property with plenty of room to spread out. We really appreciated having our own parking spot in the garage. The convenience of a kitchen and fridge for breakfast, lunch, and snacks saved us a ton of money. It was cool--we barely needed the AC--and quiet. We hope to return, and we highly recommed.

Rita was extremely hands on with the information needed ,actually the best we have ever received with our December Trips. The cabana is basically right on the beach . We had amazing time and can't wait to go back next year !

The room is very nice. Very clean except the boxspring was showing and it was disgusting. There were no washclothes either. Otherwise, satisfied. Quick & Easy access to the pool. Several restaurants in short walking distance. The host kept in contact by text. The garage door key was not in the room or keylock box so we struggled most of the trip without it, until we found out we could pick one up from the desk instead.

Weekend getaway

Everything was amazing from location to the cute little studio. Our host even set up a bottle of wine and glasses for us upon arrival. The host was easy to contact when needed. The studio had everything we needed for inside (toaster, coffee maker, soap, towels, etc) and outside (beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels etc). I would say the only thing that could have been better was the air conditioning as it was a bit warm inside but tolerable and there was a fan to help. Great stay at a great place with a great host. Would 10/10 recommend.

Rita was amazing ! This cabana is really the perfect location. Very clean and safe, everything you need is already in the room from Beach Chairs, Beach Toys, Coolers, ICE ! YES THERE WAS ICE MAKERS PERFECTLY FIT ENOUGH FOR COOLER. Check In & Out was very easy and Rita communicated every step if the way. My family had a amazing time and will defintly be back in the future. Soon as you walk out your met with the pool and directly behind that you get beach access to the beautiful Isla Verde.

Wonderful

Great place...direct access to pool and beach...Walgreens right across the street...close to all restaurants...two ...supermarkets near by..and a rental car right across the street...do your food shopping and do your own cooking ..saves lots of money..apt has everything..beach chairs umbrella..towels...rental at the beach is 20 for 2 chairs and umbrella..9 to 4 30...will defenetly recommend this place...thanks again Rita!!!!

Simple condo steps from the beach

We had a very nice time in San Juan. I will warn you the traffic is a bit much if you are not used to driving in city traffic. That being said you definitely need a car if you are going to some of the famous landmarks. There are a lot of good restaurants (especially Hijole’s) and Walgreens with in walking distance. We had a fantastic time at the beach and pool for some relaxing days - no driving and also had some adventures. We traveled to the National park, did a bioluminescent tour, went to old San Juan and took a boat trip to Culebra (highlight of the trip). The location of this property was great if you want to be centrally located. The condo itself is not fancy but had all the essentials. There were nice things we didn’t expect like jug of water, soaps, leftover sunscreen, toilet paper and paper towels even a big bottle of shampoo which was nice. There were no beach chairs but Rita fixed that very quickly. Very responsive! The only negatives: no dish towels, no wash clothes and only 3 forks. However, it was nothing that ruined a vacation that’s for sure! There’s no ocean view from the condo, but access to the beach and pool is quick and easy. Additionally, be aware not all streaming services work in PR. Had a husband we couldn’t watch March Madness. Just something to be aware of if it matters to you. No frills but appropriately priced. Over all had a great time!

Our host was delightful and immediateesponse on any messages between the two of us. Marbella’s beachfront is a perfect location in walking distance. There and some high-end and interesting restaurants. Met lots of people poolside, including our local state of Minnesota. Thank you so much Rita

Efficient Studio steps to the beach in the heart of isla verde

Rita is an amazing host! Her listing is accurately described and it’s perfectly located steps away from the most beautiful beach! It’s on the first floor so there is no beach view from the unit itself. Definitely recommend renting the lounge chairs on the beach. We stayed for 10 days and used this unit as a “home base” while we explored the island. Since this was our first trip to Puerto Rico we did not know what to expect. Isla verde beach is beautiful but to get the most out of PR you definitely need to rent a car for longer stays. On day 4 of our trip the electricity went out in the building, which can be a common occurrence in PR and obviously not the owner’s fault. It was fixed the same day, but we took that opportunity to head to Lajas on the other side if the island and enjoyed it so much we spent three nights there! Coming back to the unit for the last two days of our stay was nice, there is coin op laundry and we spent a wonderful last couple of days lounging on the beach! Thank you Rita for a great stay!

Efficient studio near everything

We were very pleased with the lodging. It’s a little bigger than an extended stay, so easily could stay for a week. Less than 5 minute walk to beach. Highly recommend renting chairs right outside the gate. Really close walk to two drugs stores that sell everything, and a nice walk to grocery. Be sure to bring cloth bags with you, makes shopping easier. Thanks for everything!!!

Rita was an exceptional host. Her place has so many extras to make one's stay comfortable and convenient. We so appreciated her thoughtfulness in the small items that can become so difficult if needed. She always responded to our questions and provided so much information that contacting her was not needed. A great place to enjoy Puerto rico!
