「We had an amazing stay!
The property was very clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of the roosters in the morning it felt like a natural alarm clock and hearing the beautiful coquí frogs at night was such a special experience.
Everything we needed was conveniently close by, and getting around was easy with Uber. Isla Verde beach...

「Great location at Condado with a lot of good restaurants around. The apartment was clean although bathroom tiles need improvement. I like a lot the kitchen it has almost everithing needed to cook. If I can I will return.」

「The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! 「The area was alot different next door to a abandoned building people hanging out. The inside was nice beside the stains of the couch. When asked for a refund nope nothing. They were just concerned about the money paid for the location and notbthe safety of the individual. Expedia needs to screen areas a little bit better. Check in and checked right back out. I would not want to come in late here by myself being a female. They did have a laundry area downstairs on the first floor. It says...

「This property was really well put together exotic in every way. The outdoor shower the cleanliness of the place was really good. We were comfortable and supported by staff. Property is super close to the beach 10 minute walk and their sister property is literally around the corner from the beach.
