"The property inside is as shown in the pictures. The outside looks like a regular city ie. NY or Downtown LA. Lots of drug addicts in the area which can create a problem with safety. The water in the bathroom did not work correctly. The shower was either cold or when it got hot for 5 minutes provided scolding hot water. The kitchen stove had to be lit with a match every time. The washing machine did not wash clothes correctly."

Everything was organized and tidy but not clean. The floor had been swept but not mopped for a while, we had to keep our shoes on because our feet were black from how dirty the floor was.
