“Bed had hair in the sheets and unpleasant smell, wifi was not working, came back to apartment after being out for the day and found the hallway flooded, was told towels and linens would be delivered upon request but then they said they were too short staffed. The pictures show a rooftop pool area and that is false. Never found a rooftop area of any form. Poor response time and resolution management. Loud after hours club across the street. Had to reach out to Expedia for help with the issues……

“We like the convenience of been close to beaches and Old San Juan, easy parking on street, was quiet and we feel safe on the neighborhood, comfortable for a family of 5 And spacious , Thank you”

“The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The apartment is right in the heart of Viejo San Juan with everything walking distance. The inside was clean and nicely decorated and the view from the third floor balcony was stunning!”

“The property is in the middle of a neighborhood but the people that live there keep to themselves. One thing to be aware of is that there is some dog waste on the sidewalks because some owners don’t clean up after their pets. The apartment is spacious, and the air conditioning worked well, which made the stay much more comfortable. The photos make the rooms look a little nicer than they are in person, but they are still fine. The rooms and beds were comfortable so no complaints there. Any time……
