Easy to get to. Property clean. Communications is good but response is slow. Bed had bent metal and they never came to fix it. The neighbors was loud, and at a very busy road si you hear all the partying from nearby restaurant and traffic horns offten. Other than that it is a cute place. Would recommend to ask if bed is made to hold two(i had a queen metal frame bed).

Our stay was great! Everything was very walkable! We did not rent a car while we were in San Juan, so staying with Otium gave us the opportunity to be close to everything. We were 2 blocks from the beach (2-5 min walk). Ashford Avenue is very lively and there were so many things to do! The food in that area is great. From Italian to traditional Puerto Rican cuisine, Ashford Ave had it all. I felt the apartment space was perfect for our stay. The host provided us with beach towels and chairs so we didn’t have to rent on the beach! I felt the building itself was very safe, we needed codes to get into the front door of the building and our own room. The only downside to our stay was that it’s located right near Ashford Avenue, which is a busy area, so at nighttime you could hear the traffic from the streets. Even though that’s uncontrollable, it still took some getting used to. Overall, I had a great stay and would book there again.

The rooms were decent, not a lot of hanging space or space in general in one. One of the rooms had only a small table in the corner, not even next to the bed. The hanging unit was nice but had a long dress that I just kept packed because there was no where to hang it. Also, the parking is very limited, there’s only 5-6 spots in front of the building. If you happen to not get a spot, then I was advised that a couple blocks away, there’s paid public parking. So we went back to the room early and ubered some nights to have a spot and avoid paying for parking. Lastly, the internet worked the first night we were there, after that, no internet. I sent messages and was advised to reset but it never worked and received a message that said maintenance would be notified.

The unit was clean, cool and comfy. It's at the heart of Condado where almost every basic thing you need to get is just walking distance. The internet was slow with many interruptions, though. Our last night, the whole area didn't have power and there was no generator. A bit of a scare coz our phones were running out of juices. But the lights return on time around midnight just enough time to charge all our phones and electronic gadgets. Response to customer service call was quick but not all issues were addressed probably beyond their control. So yeah! we would love to return here!

Unlocked adjoining door & dirty unit
Upon arrival, we noticed that the area was poorly lit. It took us a while to get into the property. We had to communicate for 20 minutes with the property manager. Finally got into the unit. There was no bedding on either bed, or towels But there was dirtyv bedding/ towels from the previous tenant in the hallway. Also, trash from the previous tenant was still in the room. It took.
A day for them to get us linens as well as the towels which were supposed to be included.vWe ended up buying our own. Also one of the bedroom's air conditioners was not working and no one came to fix it till day three. Communication was very poor, & i didn't feel heard. The biggest problem was that there was a connecting door that was left unlocked. We didn't know what the door led to, we opened it to find a ypung woman, scared & in a towel. It was unacceptable. We felt horrible and apologized.
