「Me quedé una sola noche con mi familia. El lugar estaba extremadamente limpio, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas . El lugar es muy accesible y hay estacionamiento en frente . El área es muy céntrica está cerca de todo. Está a 8 minutos de San Patricio Mall . Cuando llegamos no había electricidad pero no hubo problema porque tienen generador eléctrico, que ni cuenta nos dimos que no había luz ya que funcionaba el a/c y todo perfecto. Cualquier duda que uno tiene solo tiene que llamar al timbre y...

「House was clean and very nice. The only concern was the neighbors dog waking us up several times at night and the white box in the bedroom by the A/C makes a very loud noise for aprox 30 seconds every so often.」

「The staff were quick with instructions for check in, responsive and friendly. The room had a great beach view, close to airport and restaurants.」

「The room was not at all like the photos. The floors were very bumpy and there were two TVs which neither worked because they didn’t bother to set them up. No dish cloths, utensils or bowl so it difficult to make meals. The bed was also coming apart.」

「This property was really well put together exotic in every way. The outdoor shower the cleanliness of the place was really good. We were comfortable and supported by staff. Property is super close to the beach 10 minute walk and their sister property is literally around the corner from the beach. Thank you for a great stay!」

「Location is perfect, close to everything. Building is good and pool too. Apartment needs to be updated. Couple things was not working or in bad condition like the microwave and ceiling fan. Bedroom was ok, but the sleeping couch was in bad condition. Parking is close enough but expensive for a night and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot on the street. 」

「Very solid hotel option in the middle of santurce. The room is cleanly and spacious at an affordable price. The only things to note are that there is no front desk service and you’ll have to call ahead for cleaning service on your room. Also the front door has some steep steps going down and can swing open a little vigorously when windy.」

「Property was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything I needed was available, and had no issues with the apartment. It is a historic building so there is dampness/moisture scents however, with the air conditioner it was fine. The location is amazing and the room was very quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and would recommend it highly.」
