Overall the place is nice looking, secure and clean. I was unsure about the reservation because I never got a confirmation from the hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable, my room was under a staircase and I could hear people going up and down the stairs. What I like of this hotel is that is very secure, you can only access to the hotel with a code. The location is very conveniente, it’s in the middle of old San Juan, restaurants and attractions were at walking distance.

WOW❗️ LOVED the place, it was extremely clean, safe, very quiet and sooo soothing❗️The hot water was great and so was the water pressure! Willie, the front desk person who checked me in and out was such a Gentleman. He made sure that everything was working properly; we went together and I clicked in the door code to make sure I was doing it right. That was very nice of him. I would definitely come back to this hotel, safety is a priority and I felt very safe at this place❗️ I’m a woman and I traveled alone. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT❤️

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PROPERTY. IT IS VERY QUIET, EXTREMELY CLEAN AND ULTRA SAFE. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THE AREA IS SAFE AS WELL AND EVERYTHING IS STEPS AWAY. PHARMACY, CLOTHING STORES, THE CATHEDRAL, MANY CHURCHES, SUPERMARKETS, THE FORTRESS, BARS, RESTAURANTS ................YOU NAME IT ! THIS IS THE ONLY HOTEL, I'VE BEEN STAYING EVERY TIME I VISIT MY OLD SAN JUAN BECAUSE, I TRAVEL ALONE AND THIS HIDDEN JEWEL HAS EVERY THING I NEED !!!!!!

We arrived 15 minutes before checking, nobody answered the door or answered the phone , we stayed outside for nearly 45 minutes in a unsafe environment and never answered! We were left stranded in the streets looking for a place to stay, 15 minutes it’s still 15 before the time established.

First the sheets were dirty. And then I came back from my lunch and the air conditioner don’t work and they refused to change me to another room till I call Expedia. But they take more then one hour to give me another room. I would NOT recommend this hotel. I least if you want to wait in the lobby for 1:30 minutos for Check in. Terrible

O Hotel é muito bem localizado , fica na zona mais central da old San Juan perto de todos pontos principais.Hotel limpo e com decoração muito bonita, Pontos negativos da hopedagem: a rua estava com obras e ai o taxi não chega ate a porta do hotel, temos que andar bastante com as malas, o hotel não tem elevador e o unico funcionario que tinha no hotel não ajudou com as malas ,tive que subi as escadas com as malas sozinha, na chegada fiquei um pouco receosa pq demorou para abrir a porta , cheguei as 15 horas e estava tudo fechado. O funcionario não era solicito, não procurava ajudar nas informações , em nada.

Yo reservé para 3 personas y inicialmente me hubicaron en una habitación que la persona encargada me decia que solo podia estar 2 personas en esa habitación aunque yo pagué por 3. Antes de entrar a ese cuarto le tomaron fotos como si fueramos a destruir el cuarto esa es la percepción que da esas acciones. Si queria sacarle foto debió hacerlo antes que uno llegara para NO dar mala impresión. Al fin y al cabo nos mudaron a otro cuarto y me cobraron adicional. Un cuarto que el TV no servía, la cerradura de la puerta se abría tuve que pincharlo con el coche de mi bb y el wifi NO sirve. Cuando por la noche regresamos la administradora estaba hubicada en el cuarto de al lado y salió disimulando que llamaba a otra persona pero era evidente que estaba velando a uno para ver quien subía a la habitación. Nos sentiamos vegiladas dentro de la habitación y que estaban escuchando todo lo que decíamos o haciamos. Las paredes son paneles que TODO se escucha. Solo me quede por 1 noche y no veia la hora porque amaneciera. Era mi mama, mi nenas y yo nos sentiamos inseguras por el comportamiento extraño de estas personas. Uno quiere cooperar con los hoteles locales de PR pero estas cosas así dan miedo. La limpieza de la habitación estaba dentro de la norma. La entrada del hotel es bien pequeña y su rótulo pequeño que para encontrarlo el lugar es complicado aparte que la puerta está cerrada y tienes que esperar que te habrán. Todo es un protocolo exagerado para el tipo de hospedaje que es.

La atención es muy mala, el Mananger nos atendió por una llamada de teléfono, tuvo una actitud ruda y simplemente si no te gusta dice que te vallas, exigen prueba de COVID recién hecha o targeta de vacunas para poder dejarte quedar en el hotel pero no tienen ningún aviso respecto a esto ni por las máscaras absolutamente nada.
