This is a special property in the heart of old San Juan. Property includes 7 comfortable bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms, private pool, and private Jacuzzi grotto. Walking distance to all the major landmark, restaurants, shopping, night life/bars and boardwalk where the cruise ships dock. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas BBQ as well for outdoor cooking. No vehicle needed to stay in this area. In fact ubers and taxis are recommended because there is no parking in this touristic zone.

Not the best experience during or after this stay

Overall, the property was nice however we ran into a few issues while staying at the property. The pool lights did not work and we were told we could not get it fixed until we departed. A restroom in one of the rooms flooded, which also flooded a room downstairs and you cannot control the AC in any of the rooms . What made this experience even worse is the owner stop communicating with me after we departed and has still not assisted with compensation. Due to the cost of this property, there’s no reason why we should’ve had those issues and in the event that we did we should have definitely been compensated.

Great property and location

The property was perfect for our family with the pool and location. There are several shops and restaurants at your doorstep, making it a convenient location and good launching point for exploring old San Juan. The property has a lot of character and plenty of space for large groups. It was well stocked with everything we needed and the pool was the perfect distraction for kids. One thing to note is that all bathrooms are ensuites so if you are in a bedroom without a bathroom, you will need to share someone else’s. Other than that the apartment was great.
