The room I got had a queen/full bed. Sheets and duvet/comforter stained all over. The bathroom had no ventilation either, so after a shower the bathroom and room were so humid, it was hard to breathe. We had to leave the window open, but that didn’t help much either.
The bathroom was also not the cleanest. The shower curtain had pink and black mold lining it. There was mold on the walls (again, probably due to the lack of ventilation). Also there are no racks in the bathroom to put any toiletries. The sink was installed in a weird corner of the "counter", so the faucet knob couldn't turn fully a certain way.
The management was also hard to reach. After booking my appointment through Expedia, I got a text from the management providing with me with information about my stay, where my room is, etc.. I was told to text or call anytime if I had any issues. I messaged about the stain on the bedding and received no answer. I followed up the next day...no answer. When I needed to check out a day earlier, I messaged the management...no answer. I called multiple times at different times of the day....no answer. If you book at this location through Expedia, I highly suggest you only use Expedia as the primary form of communication.
What I did appreciate during this stay are:
The convenient location. You are close to a bunch of restaurants, a small beach, the SJU airport, etc.
The shared kitchen space. You had access to beach towels and other beach items.
