Very satisfied. The apartment met all our needs. Great location and the amenities including beach chairs were excellent. Kids loved the old fashioned arcade console. The response when we requested beach towels and pan for induction stove was incredibly fast. Great service! They just need to fix the seal for the shower door so water won't leak on to the bathroom floor.

Perfect! It had a GREAT city view and the perfect location. It’s a great place if you are spending lots of time walking and exploring. I wish there was a full length mirror in the apartment, but other than that it was awesome.

Good Stay

The location, communications and apartment were all great. The apartment is located in an older building in Condado, on the beach and giving you a feel that you are in Puerto Rico. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, and night life, made things really easy for us as we did not have a car. We used uber to get to Old San Juan, which was also easy and not expensive. Thank you for helping to make our stay pleasant.

Expect the bare minimum be flexible

This is a budget property, so be prepared and set your expectations low. The building is old and in desperate need of renovation. The condo has some updates in the kitchen and bath, but not enough to cover up 50 years of grime. They need a full renovation. The shower door doesn't close completely, and the shower will not hold a temperature. Be prepared to go from hot to cold and back again throughout your shower. The management is very stingy with supplies, although you can purchase additional, and they will deliver quickly. But even if you purchase the additional bedding for the futon, you only get one sheet and a baby blanket that is not big enough to cover a twin bed. You might want to bring your own bedding. There is only one sheet and a comforter on the main bed. No extra blankets. There is only one hand towel in the bathroom. The bathroom has no electrical outlets for shavers or hairdryers. The kitchen has no washcloths or dishtowels and bare minimum cookware. When we arrived, there was one dinner fork and one salad fork, two butter knives, and four spoons. Cookware consists of three saute pans and one one-quart saucepan. There are no extras -- no corkscrew, no colander, no cutting board. Basically, they provided only the bare minimum that they could get away with. The parking is uncovered -- not in the garage. There is no patio, as the description says. There is no washer/dryer in the condo. The price is attractive, but it is worth less than they charged.

very nice and clean place to stay

the apartment is very clean and neat, the building offers laundry room, pool and gym. The location is a walking distance from the “big names” hotels area but you don’t live in the middle of the disco party, it’s a quiet place. The only thing to mention, we were not lucky with the ocean and had to travel to a beach which is ok for kids, maybe it depends on the season. But if you like surfing or kiteboarding, this area is definitely 100% yours. The managing company is welcoming and amazing in communication. Have a good time in San Juan!
