Communication is Key

The property is very nice and was as advertised. The property manager did not send check-in instructions. After 2 hours I had to call VRBO twice to get the information. We were standing on the store step for about 30 minutes before we finally received a text. A leak was reports, but it was 2 hours before I received a response. The internet was not working in the upstairs apartment. After fiddling with the router for about an hour we got it to work. The advertisement should mention the stairs to the second floor. It is a very narrow winding staircase and not all people can fit. Another issue that I had, but it may be a Puerto Rico is that we can't flush toilet paper in the toilet. Unless we are emptying trash everyday, it makes for an unpleasant smell.
